We are SO happy with our IKEA fitted wardrobe. Our installer Cosmin really thought through all the details, dealing with difficult flooring and bent walls and it looks amazing! Thanks so much Cosmin! Half price compared to big companies specialising in fitted wardrobe.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I first contacted Unflatpack via email and got an initial quote. They then scheduled a phone call, where we discussed my project and the quote was adjusted down, as it was less complicated than they thought. On the day of fitting, Mike arrived nice and early, did a fantastic job of building the wardrobes and making them look like purpose built fitted wardrobes. I would definitely recommend them. The only thing I would suggest to the company is, that they should offer a service to remove and dispose of all the IKEA packaging and excess materials.

Great service, would recommend to anyone needing a high quality wardrobe installation. Mike was efficient, friendly and meticulous, and finished everything in a day. So happy I found this!

Cosmin and Gary were a pleasure to work with and did a phenomenal job. They turned the side of a room with an alcove, uneven floor, and sloping ceiling into a elegant fitted 5 door wardrobe. They really took the time to make sure the set up would suit our needs.

The attention to detail was wonderful, reusing the beading from the wall, adding an extra section/shelf with the leftover pieces, and putting the bed back together before leaving which was a lovely touch.

Krissy and Denver were also very helpful in the run up, great communication all round.

Only thought is we ended up with 8 extra pull out shelves and 5 extra shelves to bring back to ikea as couldn't realistically fit in the end, as well as a whole extra frame ordered for spare parts, and the fitters pointed out 4 of the drawers could have just been the smaller size instead of getting cut down. Taking the learning we could have spent more time checking dimensions ahead of ordering.

Overall a great experience nonetheless, highly recommend the team and service and would work together again

Mike was great with communication before and during. He did an amazing job building my wardrobes and transforming them to look more bespoke. I cant recommend him and the company enough. So glad I found them.

I have been having trouble lately finding affordable, reliable, and professional people in London. Denver and Liam did a fantastic job with a disassembled huge Ikea pax wardrobe. One unit was used to dress a quite useless built-in wardrobe and couldn't be happier with the result. The other was reassembled back and attached to the wall. Denver not only offers amazing advice but also listens to your needs and tends to your requests, trying to go the extra mile if possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to make the best use of space at home, and will use their services again in near future.

Firstly, having come across unflatpack website and looking into case studies it looked so good that I thought difinetly editted images, how could it possibly be this immaculately installed.

Having booked unflatpack I still wasn't 100% convinced and was nervous up until the arrival of the installation team, I was cooking up all sorts of 'what can go wrong stories' in my head.

Denver Thornton was absolutely exceptional to the final milimeters of getting every single detail floorlessly complete. His assisstant Liam was also brilliant. Both worked exceptionally well as a team to get the job done.

Though there was some design consultation miscommunication, Denver ensured everything was corrected on the day.

I love my wardrobes, installation is over and above expectations, and I am due to book them again to do my second bedroom!!!!

I recently had a sliding door wardrobe fitted across a space which had to encompass a chimney breast in its internal organisation. Unflatpack maintained good contact throughout and, when the first fitter said that the job couldn't be done as I wished, Denver came to the rescue and he and his workmate did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased! It has transformed the bedroom.

Cosmin arrived on time, was extremely helpful when we discovered that not all necessary products to complete the job had been ordered and left us with a fabulous set of fitted wardrobes. He even advised on the day and changed the design to make the wardrobes a better fit for the room. I could not rate Cosmin any more highly. A highly skilled professional craftsman who I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The workmanship and professionalism of my fitter Cosmin was fantastic.

However, upon reflection there are a few issues that I have had in dealing with unflatpack.

Firstly, I required a wardrobe for a space that was/is approx H 295cm D 71cm W 135cm. During the telephone consultation I was told that for this I would need to order 3 x 100m PAX frames. I was later sent an email stating this also as well as having my PAX wardrobe design updated to reflect this. I questioned needing 3 frames for the space as I thought it sounded excessive considering the measurements I was given but I was told that this was ok. I then proceeded to order the 3 as instructed.

Fast forward to installation day the fitter only needed 2 frames to complete my wardrobe. Now I am stuck with a frame that I have no way of returning to IKEA without having to spend money in order to do so. I contacted unflatpack and asked if they were willing to contribute towards the cost of returning the frame seeing as it was under their instruction that I purchased it but they have been unwilling to help. It is a real pain having to sort someone plus transport to help me getting it back to IKEA as the frame is large and as a small person with a small car this is not something I am able to do without help. It is also just another job for me as an incredibly busy person to have to sort. Hence the reason it is still sitting in my spare room 2 months after installation!

Another problem that I encountered with unflatpack was booking the installation. I had booked the installation via email and had received confirmation of the date. I then proceeded to book the day off of work. Getting time off of work is extremely difficult for me and has to be done at least 2 weeks in advance. The day before the installation was due I got a phone call saying that there had been an administrative error and they needed to move my installation to the following day. I had to put my foot down and insist that it was carried out on the original day/date and they did oblige. I think companies need to realise how hard it is to secure time off and people can't just get/change annual leave in an instant.

Additionally, on reflection they are actually quite expensive for what they do. I essentially paid £1100 (£685 for fitting) (£425 for the materials and extortionate delivery costs from IKEA) for them to put up a 100m IKEA PAX and put a cupboard on top and I lost out on space in the width and depth of the wardrobe which I could have had if I had just found a carpenter or company to construct a fully fitted wardrobe from scratch. It would have been more expensive but doubt that I would have had all the issues that I experienced with unflatpack.

Lastly, to top it all off I recently got an email from unflatpack informing me that they had leaked my email address in some sort of data breech which was kind of the icing on the cake for me!

In summary Cosmin, a great worker and wonderful fitter, however the rest of my experience with unflatpack was not up to scratch!

I am so pleased I found this company. I really enjoyed the process of designing exactly what we needed and then having their help with my Ikea order. Our fitter, Michael Dixon was excellent and we are so pleased with the finished result. I can't believe he was able to do it all in one day! Another big positive was not having to wait, once we had the date of the Ikea delivery Michael was able to come the same week.

The result looks great, half the price of a custom wardrobe. Denver did a great job, he suggested a couple of small changes based on his experience which improved the setup, a bloke on top of his game!

Very fortunate to have found this company. Our requirements needed so much of restructuring from the IKEA design. Denver & team have done it so well. The End output of both the rooms are just amazing. We have already been asked for their contacts after our friends & family seeing the wardrobes.

Delighted to have found this company. They privide the perfect solution to the problem of having Ikea furniture without the torture of trying to put it together successfully!
The end result is excellent. My dressing area now has Ikea Pax wardrobes which look like beautifully fitted wardrobes. I would highly recommend the service.
