I'm very happy with the service provided by Unflatpack. My IKEA wardrobe was fitted perfectly although I had measured the space incorrectly. I was offered several solutions and options. All the rubbish was taken out and the room was cleaned.

My Ikea wardrobe just finished getting installed by Unflatpack today and I honestly cannot rate them highly enough. If you are deliberating getting this service, just do it - you won’t regret it! Not only did Unflatpack provide us with a thorough consultation prior to ordering the Ikea Pax, where we walked through our Pax design + what we wanted to have done in the space and in the unit (they added additional lighting for the corner unit box shelves and we have piping above the skirting board around which the unit needed to be fitted - they advised on any additional materials we had to buy to make sure it was sufficient to build the unit up to the ceiling) but they were also amazing during the installation itself; our builders, Will and Jem, did a fantastic job and the end result is super nice. They also did a LOT of clean-up throughout the process; taking boxes down to the recycling, cleaning up the dust and leaving the room tidy at the end. Special shout-out to Will who arrived 8am for the installation on Thursday, worked until 9:45PM and then was back 8am this morning (Friday) with Jem to finish the installation by midday. I posted the finished result on my socials and I’ve had a couple of people reach out to ask how we got Ikea units to look built-in with such a high quality finish. I would recommend Unflatpack to anyone and would happily use them again for any future installation projects.

Despite a hiccup with missing parts, they worked tirelessly to complete the project. The final product exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend their services. Unflatpack deserve more than 5 stars. From start to finish, the team supported us with a really tricky project in our wonky Victorian bedroom conversion. They worked their magic and helped us create a stunning design around a chimney breast, skeiling AND a newly fitted RSJ, overcoming multiple setbacks from our builders and a door mistake from Ikea along the way. They stuck with us and walked us through months of ups and downs and when the time finally came, Mike, our fitter, put the cherry on the cake. He was punctual, communicative, tidy, timely and, most importantly, kind. We can’t recommend them enough, a pleasure and a breath of fresh air, from start to finish. Thank you so much for all you’ve done for us. We finally have our dream wardrobe and it’s genuinely nothing short of perfect!

Will was great - polite, on time and didn’t leave any mess. The wardrobe looks fantastic, and seamlessly fits in with our wonky Victorian ceiling.

I rarely leave reviews but this was such excellent and smooth service that I had to. From booking to my phone call with Anthony to discuss the design and finally to the lovely two guys who came and did their magic and built in for us, it was all superb! They do a fantastic job, did it all in one day and it looks fab! Its so rare to find good people now days. We will be recommending you to all our friends. Thanks again!

We are really happy with our new fitted wardrobes. A really easy process from start to finish. The office team were really helpful in getting us to a final design and material list from Ikea. Cosmin as a fitter was great, he made sure he stopped when decisions needed to be made and his craftmanship is really high, you wouldn't know that they were Ikea wardrobes! Will definitely be back!

Once the design was finalised - the team are happy to give it a once over to be sure that what is ordered will work in the space. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my next project.

Mike the fitter is a top bloke. Can't believe how good our new fitted wardrobes look in our walk-in with angled ceiling.

The design was a bit tricky with the need to keep an access hatch accessible in the wall as well as accomodating a walk in wardrobe with sloped ceiling and our desire for matching wardrobes either side of the "walk in bit" but Anthony in the design phase factored this in and Mike the fitter executed the job wonderfully over 2 days with solid work involved.

The whole finish looks spectacular and we are absolutely thrilled to have found Unflatpack after much searching for this kind of service. Massive thankyou to Mike for being so skilled, and creating such a wonderful walk in wardrobe area for us!

Fantastic service I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about it. The whole process was really quick, I had an initial consultation with Anthony who was great and recommended a few changes (such as the doors and the finish) to make my bedroom wardrobe look even better. My installation was booked 2 weeks later and Mike has just completed it and has done a fantastic job. I will never install flat pack furniture by myself again!

From the initial contact with the office to completion of the fitted wardrobe, the experience was seamless. The team at the office had a design call with me after I submitted my ideas on my wardrobe. They then reviewed and updated my Ikea designs ensuring that everything had been correctly added to my basket. On the day of the installation, Will and Jem arrived promptly and kept me up to date on the build asking for some clarification along the way. The end result was better than I expected.

The whole experience was friendly and easy. The collaborative advance calls were helpful and saved me both time and money!

Very pleased with our new wardrobes, had 2 fitted either side of a chimney breast. The design review done by Anthony went very well and he came up with some great suggestions on maximising the use of space. Both him and Kasia were very quick to respond to any questions. The install by Cosmin went very smoothly, he really knew what he was doing, explained when decisions needed to be made and did such a great fitting job you wouldn't know these were Ikea wardrobes. Everything was left tidy with virtually no damage to the walls which had been recently painted. All in all a fantastic experience, our eldest is delighted with the new storage. Would completely recommend for anyone who wants fitted wardrobes without the hefty cost.

Wardrobe fitting to under stairs area. Design call with Anthony and subsequent emails with Kasia were great and we got our design finalised. Fitting done by Cosmin was delayed by 1 day, however he put in an extra long day to make up for it and finished on time. Asked questions throughout to check what we wanted. Very tidy worker, very little mess. Great finished product very happy. One minor point, we ended up with a lot of excess material that we weren’t expecting, but only a minor issue. Would recommend again.

Unflatpack did an amazing job for us. From our initial emails with Kasia, who was so helpful and patient, to the installation with Denver and Mike - the experience was absolutely first rate and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. 100% would recommend.
