Bazing fast for the CAD Design
Bazing fast for the CAD Design. Overall they were quite fast for replying to my email. Design was quite standard, so no time was taken to adjust the desing acording to specific areas and potential heat loss.
Decided not to buy the system due to questionable material supplies origin. They asked for money for the design, but did not insist me to pay. This is understandable given the overall effort.

What a Great Company
What a Great Company, we had an Impossible task with foreign Immersion that had special connection and nobody could help us, until we meet Trevor. He took the challenge and within 2 week had the connections bespoke to our requirement and the Immersion got.
