The product i ordered was not only wrong, but it was fake. On top of that, it took several months to arrive. I wrote them several emails about it, but they never answered

My daughter purchased a pair of shoes from Umension for over $100. Not only did it take almost half a year to receive them, but when we finally got them they were horrible quality. I have sent the customer service multiple emails and have not been responded to. It’s companies like this that make me shop through amazon only.. with amazon I am guaranteed fair service.

Absolutely terrible, took 3 months for half the items to arrive and still waiting on the other half. Terrible quality and a complete scam for the price. I have never been so infuriated with ordering clothes online. There are also no refunds due to their "sale prices"

First time I've been scammed, not quite happy that it cost me $166.68. Trying to figure out if I can file a fraud claim with my bank but I'm not sure if they'll consider it a fraud. My advice to everyone checking if it's legit, stay as far away as you can. Report their ads whenever you see them as well.

Absolutely terrible condition, terrible customer service, overpriced garbage, stay away. $150 down the drain. Fxck this company

It does seem like a scam. My son ordered a discounted pair of trainers on my bank card yesterday. I noticed today that double the amount had been taken by this company. When we contacted them to refund they said they don't do refunds - my son could chose a second pair of trainers. Since this is a fair amount of money we asked to cancel the order and give us a full refund - we haven't heard back. I've contacted my bank to try to get the money back but I'm not that hopeful. The reviews on their products are 100% 5stars which is obviously fake when 5000 people all were completely satisfied with their purchases. Don't touch with a barge-pole!

This website shows up on Instagram as an ad.
Biggest cheat website. They are an online company and claim to be based in the US and London, but when you look a little deeper they seem to actually operate out of either China or Panama.

Their policy is no refunds on any sale item. And conveniently for them, they've listed more than 95% of their items at 'sale' price- so no refunds for you!

They claim their style is New York street style, but their products all have poor English on them if you look closely. Don't think it was designed by any New Yorker.

I purchased a product to be shipped to Ireland. Two days after my purchase I was contacted to say that my item is not available due to production and their website hadn't updated this. Yup, no refund. After several emails back and forth, the company is now refusing to even respond to my emails- although they still have my $76 USD.
