An excellent to place an order

No delivery of item and no follow up!
I ordered a new item and very excited to receive it. I received notification that it had been shipped. Yet 3 weeks later, I had not yet received. I contacted Fedex who stated they had not received item from Umbra.
I called Umbra and they said they would reship the item immediately, and email me a new confirmation. That was a week ago, and I have not received any update or confirmation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I hope I will get some positive notification this week!

Great customer service!!
I had an issue trying to order a new item so I called the company. I was told since it was new it wasn’t in stock yet. But she contacted another person & made it possible very quickly for me to do a preorder & I was able to complete my order & use my coupon before it expired. She was very helpful & cheerful while doing so. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!!!

I love your products. I am a collage artist and use your picture frames because they allow light to shine through my pieces. I use very translucent papers and your frames enhance my work. I appreciate the design and uniqueness them as well as the variety.
