Ordered this item on the 20th November with expected 2-4 days delivery. It’s now the 28th and it’s still not arrived, apparently due in another 2 days. 10 days for an item to arrive is poor

Ultrabeehealth was one of the few suppliers with stock of Propolia throat spray. The web ordering process was straightforward and the communications throughout was timely and informative. I ordered on Friday 6th Oct and the product was delivered on Monday morning 9th Oct. Cannot ask for a better service!

I have mild psoriasis and using this product made it so much worse. I have been using steroid creams and it was nearly gone so wanted to try a less aggressive approach. Did a patch test on a small area with no issues, applied to my psoriasis and within a few days of using it flared up, bumps, itchy, red and painful. Will never use again and these reviews seem completely fake. Go on trustpilot and 25% of people rating 1 star! Expensive and terrible product.

Exeskin is fantastic for psoriasis. Excellent product. Prompt delivery. Everyone who has psoriasis should use this. Thanks for a natural healing product.

My daughter has suffered from eczema all her life (she's 16 now) and has recently had an awful flare up, which left her skin sore, cracked and shedding scales like a snow storm. Moisturisers recommended by the dermatologist seemed to be making it worse; despite applying them every couple of hours her skin was scaly again within 10 minutes.
We were desperate when we tried the exe skin product and it has, in all honesty, taken lots of crying and persevering but her skin is so much better 7 days in. There are still areas which are taking longer to respond but I feel sure they will eventually; her skin looks much healthier - no scales and actually looks like it might hold some moisture. I can't lie, she said it stings on open skin (but so does everything), it hasn't yet fixed all the areas and is quite expensive in comparison to other products but we will never go back to anything paraffin based.

After reading all the incredible reviews on how good this product is I decided to purchase some, I wished I hadn't bothered now it has done absolutely nothing my eczema still itches like mad even after applying it.

I’ve had eczema all my life after a recent outbreak on my feet turned to this cream. Ordered no problem with service delivery was prompt.My foot is now healed and doesn’t itch. I’m over the moon I get it’s not for everybody but honestly I’m happy and will be buying again. Thank you 🙏 🐝⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an issue with the wrong delivery address (our fault). I got in touch and they dispatched a replacement immediately for next day delivery without any extra charge. Great customer service.

I have sent a request for a refund this item I ordered did not arrive

Bought the Tissue Oil and just cant get enough of it. It is fabulous on the skin, smells lovely, a real good moisturiser. Will definitely be buying some more products. Good customer service and prompt delivery!

Complete waste of money and customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. My Ds son's skin got worst, as in very dry so he ended up scratching and had wounds as a result. Made his eczema worst, worst it's ever been so had to take my DS to the GP as result of it. I requested a refund and spoke to customer service twice, didn't get any positive result at all. Now I have these two jars unopened cause they're only willing to refund one due to buy two get one free and one that I've only used for around 2 days. And they won't refund postage either. I paid £6 postage on top of very very expensive products when they should offer free postage. I've wasted almost £80. Total waste and stress with customer service spend your money somewhere else. They don't even empathise with you all the stress It caused me and my son getting upset through the night scratching.

After reading so many positive reviews, I took a chance on this. What a complete waste of money. This is not even effective as a basic moisturiser, let alone any good for complex skin problems. It's effect lasts less than an hour. I haven't even bothered with the rest of the jar as I find other basic, and far less expensive ones much more effective. Complete waste of money!

I was diagnosed with Blepharitus which is an eye condition antibiotics were useless but doctor told me the infection lives on dry skin so I started treating that. I wlpe my eyes with diluted baby shampoo then apply exeskin it has not cured the problem but it does stop the symptoms. My last 100mm pot lasted 18 months.

My two year old son suffers terribly from eczema and we’ve tried just about everything, including emollients and steroid creams from the doctors. My mum recommended ultra bee after it worked miracles on my dad’s psoriasis. I was apprehensive at first as I really didn’t want to irritate his skin any further. However, it’s turned out to be our miracle cure and his skin is noticeably better after just a few days. Healing so well and the redness has completely gone. No itching and instant relief! Our magical cream!! Thank you!!

So far so good, had irritated scalp for years which recently caused lumps to appear in my neck it was so infected. Three major scabs one went the first night I used the cream hopefully the other two will get better soon.

My order was sent by Royal Mail and although it showed delivered with no proof of delivery or signature I might add, I did not receive it. Several emails to customer service unsuccessful as this company blatantly refused to send a replacement. Worst customer service ever.

Bought items for my niece. Soap three blocks) plus compact soap, which she had never seen before.thrilled to say the least . Post was prompt. No fuss , and good quality items. So much so , I've just ordered three more. Price acceptable. You do in this instance " get what you pay for" I will be a returning customer most certainly !

Finally we found something that works. We have been prescribed many creams, emollients and steroid creams from the doctors but nothing really touching my 2 year old daughter eczema. Then we found ultra bee! It’s our wonder cream, in just a week her skin was completely different. Soft, healed and the redness gone. No itching and instant relief for her. She calls it her special bee cream.

Unfortunately my order never arrived. When I emailed I received a response that it was delivered. Concerned I phoned them to be told that it was too time consuming for them to handle at the moment so only option I have is to continue to email and await response. I paid for this nearly a month ago.
