Agent Jamie T. went beyond his remit to assist. He also continued to assist in his `overtime'. He made me feel that I was the only customer to be assisted. That was excellent customer relations. I cannot recommend him too highly. It was a pleasure to have his attention.

Ordered and downloaded on a Sunday and wondered how to activate. My fault because I didn't understand the process, but as is oft mentioned, Jamie stepped in and promptly resolved my problem. All up and running in an instance. Delighted to now be using a newer generation of familiar software.
So service was exemplary, and additionally I paid what I know was a very fair price. So, what's not to like?

I found the software at decent price. Purchase and download went smoothly. The Dragon product is streets ahead of the free Windows I have been labouring with for creating Word documents - for accuracy and for the commands used for punctuation etc

I bought a graphics card that seemed to have an issue and Jamie was super supportive, fast, responsive and engaged throughout the process which led to the issue being resolved. In the end it was actually my rig's fault :s

So conclusions-

1. They ship a reliable product.
2. If there was a problem with the product the support is there all the way to your resolution.
3. I will shop here again next time i need a component.
