Unlike man-made products, every piece of Natural Stone is unique, and the technical characteristics of the stone, allow it to be used in numerous applications within both residential and commercial projects. From flooring and paving to roof tiles and decorative aggregates, natural stone has been used for centuries as a long lasting and durable solution within the construction industry.
100% British – all our products are sourced from our own quarries within the UK. Also buying British, keeps employment within the UK and ensures the skills are maintained and passed down through the generations.

100% Natural – only offering natural stone, no man-made products.
Low carbon footprint – currently the majority of natural stone paving and tiles are imported from the likes of India, whereas all our stone comes from our own quarries located within the UK.
Sustainable – In our quarries, owned by the Breedon Group, there is a commitment to conducting our business in an environmentally responsible manner by maximising the environmental benefits, minimising the environmental impact and promoting sustainable development within the operations and services.
Ethically sourced – Like with the low carbon footprint, a lot of the natural stone being sold in the UK has been imported. Whereas all the natural stone we sell is quarried and processed in the UK and therefore we can guarantee that everything you buy from us has been ethically sourced and you know where you are buying from.

Great products and service
Great company to deal with, quality product as described, customer service is obviously a top priority for UK Stone Direct. The delivery was made exactly when promised and placed in a location that meant we could still use the driveway as normal. Thoroughly recommended.

Have used twice ordering 800k bags of slate and excellent service on both occasions. Had a phone call to apologise for a one day delay in delivery and then a call again to confirm delivery the next day. Would highly recommend.

Good quality product with only a very few minor natural "character" flaws. Welsh slate best in world and practically "locally produced"... so much easier to lay than wonky and fragile foreign slates. Shipped intact and on time. Recommended.
