We honestly couldn't be happier with our full house renovation! From day one, the team was amazing, professional, friendly, hardworking, and always happy to answer our questions or offer advice.
The transformation is absolutely incredible.
Every room has been finished to such a high standard, and the attention to detail is outstanding. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the end result has completely exceeded our expectations.
The whole process was much smoother than we imagined. The team kept us updated every step of the way, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care and respect. It's clear they take real pride in their work.
Walking into our "new" home for the first time was such an exciting moment. We absolutely love every part of it, and we've had so many compliments from family and friends.
We can't thank the team enough for all their hard work and dedication. If you're thinking about renovating your home, don't hesitate, you'll be in great hands. We were recommended UK Smartbuild by a friend who had their loft done by them 8 years ago. After agreeing to the quote UK Smartbuild made the Planning process very straightforward and planning for our new roof and loft was approved within the allocated time frame. They took the time to personally talk to our neighbour to ensure they were happy with the process and to let them know they were available for any concerns they had which i know was appreciated. The work started with the scaffolders who were very courteous. This was followed by the builders who worked extremely hard. There wasnt one day during the timeframe of 7 weeks that work didnt take place. The plastering was professional and the tilers even laid out the tiles first to ensure the correct tone mix on the walls. We wanted to have our loft stairs the same as our existing lower staircase. The Carpenter was absolutely superb and was able to do everything to our specification to the highest standard. All of the trades involved worked to an exceptional standard.
Communication was amazing throughout with no delays in responding. We even had responses to messages we sent over weekend periods which helped as we had no prior experience of loft building.
The finished loft area looks fabulous and consists of two rooms and a bathroom which will make family living much more comfortable.
We highly recommend the whole team and would be happy to have UK Smartbuild back when we develop our kitchen area.

I can’t recommend UKsmart build any higher- they’re absolutely top quality. When we kicked off our process, our tender was tricky, with prices coming in too high. Thankfully I was passed Mehmet’s details, we chatted, tweaked the tender to something more functional and then they kicked off quickly. We were doing an 2 floor back and side extension, with the bones of a loft conversion also, so a big job! Our timelines were tight with a baby on the way, and they sent reinforcements to move quicker. Their build team was exceptional, with john helping our every decision. Shan then came in to manage everything else, and it was great. They worked to deadlines, with all our external suppliers complimenting the quality of the build. They have been incredibly helpful and polite throughout.
We’ll hopefully be doing more work in the future, and I won’t hesitate to go straight to UKSB.

The UKSmartBuild team are nothing short of exceptional! Usually one does not equate speed with quality. However, in this case the team was ultra-efficient, professional and came out with a superb outcome. We are so pleased with our loft conversion and would highly recommend the team. We had a double storey side extension, a large back extension plus an entire renovation in Muswell Hill. I can honestly say that Saner and his team were probably the most efficient, professional and more importantly caring builders in London. There was never a point at which Saner was not contactable, even whilst he was on holiday. Our house is exactly how I imagined it.

They said the project would take 6 months and we moved back home 6 months to the day. The team have returned without question to deal with minor snagging issues, and I have full faith that should there be any further issues, they will return.

The only very very minor point I would mention is that I wish they had dealt with my suppliers directly (items that I wished to choose and supply) - was a little bit stressful as I had to organise meetings and be around.

Overall, they were BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT! Thank you for building the house of our dreams!

I had UK Smart Build do a rear extension and was very pleased with their work. They were professional and very polite to deal with. The price was also very reasonable. They worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and our project manager, Saner, was very easy to deal with and always contactable. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do an extension.

I had a few companies in to quote on a loft extension and chose UKSmartbuild because the price was competitive and the feeling of honesty with the first contact. The job was completed in good time with one or two problems, but I judge a company with how they deal with those problems. In my experience they solved all the problems and left me happy enough to recommend them to a friend who has chosen them to do there loft conversion. I have also had them back to do more work which they have just completed. I can be quite fussy and I am sure I got on there nerves a bit but I am very pleased with the end product. I would also like to say that I genuinely believe that if I have any problems with there work in the future, they would return and sort it out.

UKSmart Build are hard working, always on time and reliable which can not be overstated as I’ve have many unreliable workman in the house before which can be an ordeal!
I’ve had UKSmart Build in to do my extension and they did a great, professional job so there was no doubt I was going to get them in again to do my loft conversion.
True to form they were hardworking, professional, on time and reliable. Their work is of good standard and they will always want to do the best job they can. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I am fussy by nature so wanted things done to my exacting standards which they always worked towards.
Overall a great company and bunch of people to have in your house.

The company delivered our loft ahead of schedule and to the specifications set out in the plans. The various teams of specialists that the company employs to complete the work were polite and hard working. The stairs were put in earlier than expected [step 4 rather than step 8] - but this wasn't too disruptive and probably helped the company to get the job finished quicker. We are happy with the work and would recommend the company to others.

UK Smart Build renovated my entire house and added a rear and side single storey extension. They were absolutely fantastic I am extremely happy with the result. They stuck to the time frame we agreed and were very helpful with ideas. Very hard working and I have recommended them to some of my friends who are looking to do similar projects. We will be having our loft done at some point in the future and will certainly be using UK Smart Build again.
