Though still in the midsts of the process, I have received exceptional service from John in better understanding the results of my panel test and what steps to now take with having received these results. Enormously patient and kind service exhibited. As mentioned, still in the process but with what for spending over an hour on the line with me yesterday...offering detailed and tailor-made advice...a big THANK YOU hardly seemed premature!

Sent wrong tests once again don’t buy…

Sent wrong tests once again don’t buy off this company they are unable to send you the test you order. You can buy 10 x 20ng tests off one step for £5.99 which are used by the nhs and with free delivery off eBay where as uk drug testing sell 5 x 20ng for £9.99 and they will probably send you the wrong ones anyways. Save your money and buy off one step!
