Fake Price / Unethical / Awful Customer Services
As seems to be a common experience, I bought some baubles in the sale - they were listed on the website as £6.99 reduced to £2.50, so I thought I was getting a good quality bauble. They arrived with price tags on them for £2.99!
When I questioned customer services, they said "the prices on the labels are a suggested price for physical, in-person stores rather than online retailers". This company is knowingly inflating prices and trying to pass off cheap baubles for over double the price and is not even ashamed for doing so! Additionally, the pictures on the website do not accurately show the bauble for sale, but given the full price of the item listed, I assumed I would be receiving something of good quality. Needless to say I was incredibly disappointed when my order arrived! Some of the baubles are poorly made and customer services "could not see" any issues when I sent clear photographs. They couldn't have cared less about the fact they were passing off cheaply made stock at inflated prices.

Awful returns process!!!
I bought Christmas lights from this company and one of them was damaged. I wanted to return the item and they made the returns process extremely difficult and are charging me to return it. Do not buy from them!!! Awful service and returns process!!

12 cans of artificial snow…(shaving foam)
I purchased 12 cans of artificial snow online, despite my reservations about buying online. Upon arrival, I tried it immediately and was disappointed to find that it performed no better than shaving foam. Within 10 minutes, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and request a return under the 14-day rule and the Sales of Goods Act, citing that the product was not fit for purpose. After exchanging messages, the company refused to budge, eventually asking for a video of me using the product. Upon receiving the video, they claimed that they couldn't accept a return because the product had been used and couldn't be resold. This experience highlights the importance of being cautious when buying online, as some companies may disregard consumer protection laws and refuse to accept returns for unsatisfactory products.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of professionalism displayed by this company, particularly with the £3.33 refund for an item costing £39.99, which I find insulting and provocative. I have updated my reviews to reflect this experience.

I’m so sorry that you were disappointed with the snow spray. As explained over our emails, unfortunately, we cannot accept this product as a return item if it has or hasn’t been opened as it is considered a hazardous material. This is explained in our return information on our website.
Please be assured we asked for a video to see whether this particular can had a fault after you had expressed your dissatisfaction with the product and not to prevent you from returning this item/voiding a refund.
Please be fully assured that this partial refund was a gesture of goodwill for the opened can of snow spray after seeing how unhappy you were with the outcome of this query however we apologise if this has come across as provocative.
We fully comply with all relevant legislation in regard to our returns and any further information is on our returns section on our website.

I feel totally conned
I feel totally conned. I bought some christmas tree baubles, supposed to be in sale at £4.99 each. When they arrived, each one had a price tag stating £2.99 each! I emailed them and they answered saying the tags were incorrect. Most shops would normally honour their mistake, but not this one. I won't bother buying from them again if that's how they treat customers.

I bought three sets of beautiful outside lights November 2023. They have had two short uses (put up and put away very carefully).
I unpacked them for this year, put two up but one set wasn’t working. I thought this can’t be right, they’ve had such little use! Contacted the company, no interest at all - they come with a 1 year guarantee and after that there’s nothing they can do. I unpacked the last set hoping to put those up and guess what - they don’t work either.
We spent a lot of money on these lights hoping they would last us years, but they are clearly cheaply made - they look good on arrival but do not last!!!! Please do not waste your money!

Usual story. Company promises a delivery date and doesn’t honour it.
My pet hate is when you pick a company that says order within x amount of hours or promises delivery by a date so you go with them. I ordered an expensive light that was required asap. We page said delivery on Tuesday. I ordered it Saturday before. Oh guess what it’s Wednesday and after chasing still haven’t been given a date. So so frustrating. Don’t promise if you can’t deliver!

Purchased outdoor light late October…
Purchased outdoor light late October 2024. Used the lights throughout the Christmas period. Put them away after Christmas. Got them out early December 2025. Don’t work!! Contacted customer service. Told out of 12 month warranty will not replace. Lesson learned and note to self, make sure you check lights before warranty up. Argument…. Outside lights, why do I have to buy new every 12 months because they don’t work ?

My complaint refers to order 2102926 of Dec.23
My complaint refers to a order delivered at the end of December 2023 which was too late for that Christmas season.
The were unpacked and installed 06/12/24 and less than 4 weeks later more than 30% had stopped working.
I reported this immediately but was told nothing could be done as the guarantee had expired despite the lights becoming faulty after less than 4 weeks of switching on.
Do not buy from this company.

Possible scam!!
Ordered some outdoor Christmas lights on 3rd December - they have not arrived and no tracking available. Have emailed the company and received no reply. I used their online chat and received a message saying someone would be in touch within 24 hrs and still nothing. Seems like this company is a scam! Now trying everything to get my money back.

Fantastic company to buy from. The lights we chose very good value for money and they look beautiful when lit up. Really good communication and delivery service. The first lights we bought we were so impressed that we bought a second set a few days later.

10 days after order made, item which was advertised as next day delivery is still not received.
Kind of pointless putting a feature decoration up if it doesn’t arrive by Christmas!!
