Hotel was well presented spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble would recommend

You as a company are fantastic the hotel the grand at llandudno is very hit and miss beds not changed for 7 days nobody came into our room to replenish tea coffee toilet roll etc staff friendly so am afraid we won't be staying there again

Solid budget breaks. Good choice if you know what to expect and don't need 5 star luxury!

Drink deals all meals

Comfortable hotel with good food, great entertainment and the free drinks as a bonus. So much do that our group have booked in agsin in October

the chap who answered the phone to me was superb helped me with everything he was very polite and efficient that is why i continue to book with you every year

Great staff at the hotel breakfast food was cold on the first morning and people could not eat the hunters chicken dish on the second night it was not cooked well Entertainment was very good

Easy booking process, nice hotel at good price

I wanted a #3 beaded room if possible at short notice and Rhonda was kind enough to ring the hotel directly, unfortunately all taken by the time I booked ,but never the less the thoughtfulness was there .,I booked anyway as always fount the tribute breaks real good value for money

Friendly staff nice hotel good entertainment food good. Rooms cleaned everyday. Tea coffee replenished daily. Minor downsides food and plates always running out. A person needs to check on regular basis. Mattress in room past it's sell by date. Overall will return
