They where very helpful and sorted our weekend out for us no problem

Great holiday excellent service all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and clean the food is good.

Value for money

Fast, Efficient, courteous, and of course good prices. Everything is excellent apart from now and then you get a bad hotel or appalling hotel room.

Great hotels. Great entertainment. Great tribute acts and discos. Great value .Good food.

Recently we had one of our Holidays Cancelled at Short Notice by Caledonian ? They said because Lack of Interest ( IF we cancelled at Short Notice We’d Have been Charged or Lost Holiday, Ok were Offered somewhere else But Over 100 mls away? Not Fair ?

Had a great time. Room was very good, clean and had all the usual stuff ie coffee, tea , fridge all soaps and shower gels
Entertainment was brilliant Rod Stewart, and Freddie Mercury
We would have given you 5 stars, but for one little negative
Both artists were always looking up at the decibel box to avoid being cut off
I understand that noise levels are important, but the reason we were told , was that the hotel is in a residential area.
I was surprised as having walked around the hotel, the nearest house was at least 100 m away.
This will not stop us , booking another mini break, as it's really good value for money

Everything at the hotel and the entertainment was expected very good value
But it’s obvious the corners are cut on food- I thought the evening meals were diabolical.

The hotel needs to rethink the dining facilities, there are too many tables in the dining room for people to easily get around with hot food, bearing in mind some people are not steady on their feet. The food was basic and staff were not always filling up quick enough.
The bedrooms need to be modernised to just a shower and not showers over bath.
The bedrooms are clean and well decorated.
At Bosworth Hall guests need to be made aware of the steps to the function room, it was not easy to find bedrooms or function rooms and the lifts did not go all the way.

Lovely room , good food , lovely helpful staff

Booking a break couldn't be easier just one phone call and all needs are catered for, even special requests are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Would recommend this company 100%.

Booking was good and price ok, hotel staff great but chef needs improving... 3 out of 5 for chef 5 out 5 for everything else.
