Prompt despatch
Looking for spare parts for a ZIP water boiler. Found UK spares on web; honed in on exact replacement part and it arrived quickly with no hassle. Easy to fit and water heater is now fixed. Best part of £30 for one O-ring is steep, but this is probably an issue with their supplier to be fair.

Outstandingly good service.
The spare I ordered for my storage heater arrived within 48 hours by ordinary mail, was the correct bit and worked. What more can you ask for?

Very good service
Soon after placing my order I received an e.mail advising that the part was not in stock but would be within a week. I was offered a full refund if I did not want to wait, I elected to wait and within the 7 day window my part was delivered to my home. Good customer relations and quick dispatch of part, if I needed this firm again I would have no hesitation is using it.

Excellent service but the spare part was not a direct replacement and the fixings were not aligned. However it can be used.
