A very rude and obnoxious character.
After ordering a Redring shower part I was advised by Miriam that the part No. was obsolete, she then re-ordered the part with the new part No. When it arrived it was the wrong item so I rang U.K. Spares to sort the problem. The phone was answered by Clive. When I attempted to explain the problem he became loud and aggressive and absolutely insisted it was my fault for using the wrong part No. (which they had supplied). After a very heated conversation he agreed to cancel the order and arrange a refund which I have now been given. This was a very unpleasant experience and completely un-necessary.

Great service but a little expensive
Required a small part for my Dimplex Danielle, it came next day as requested and fixed the fire. Even for next day delivery it was too expensive but pleased it arrived on time.
