WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THER ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT TO. SUCH A RIDICULOUS TRAVEL COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PLATFORM. DON'T RECOMMEND

Just got screwed over by these guys. Booked a dubai to Toronto flight for my family and I with a 2 hr layover in Dublin. The booking failed to mention that the layover is actually a transit, and we will be required to checkout of terminal 2 and take our next flight from terminal 1 in about 2 hrs. As a result, we were not allowed to board our first flight itself and their customer service has been less than helpful. So far we are now sitting at home with no refund and no response on if and when we will see any money back. Their reps don’t seem to know anything and they don’t have a manager you can speak to. Sure as hell would not use their service again.

I bought a THY ticket for my brother from Ucuzabilet.com. I checked in. When I wanted to create the boarding pass, I saw a message like “this boarding pass cannot be issued online, it must be collected at the airport”. When my brother went to the airport, he was told that “we cannot see our check-in screens, so we cannot issue your boarding pass”. It is impossible for him to board the plane without a boarding pass. So we had to buy a new ticket. I wrote to Ucuzabilet and they gave a disinterested reply, it seems that they are saying “we only sell the ticket, we don't interfere with the rest”. We were seriously victimized for a reason that was not caused by us.

We bought a flight ticket through this website. The flight is cancelled due to airline. We requested a full refund but this website charged us 5 Euro for cancelled flight. The flight did not happen. We had to pay a service fee for buying from this site.

I keep getting notifications from my credit card that this place is trying to charge me some amount. I googled it and it seems it’s a flight search service apparently from Istanbul? I am not on Istanbul or even close to there, I am in USA and don’t have any ties even remotely to that country. I have never searched a flight to there, have not even thought of that country in ages so no idea why I am trying to get charged. I don’t even know anyone from Istanbul and tbh I don’t even know where even that country is located other than “on the other side of the world”. Luckily the transactions have not gone through, but beware of them because somehow they are accessing people’s information to try and steal money from you. I will be notifying my bank tomorrow and change my card number and block any future attempts from them.

Scam, no one answers your calls. Bookings are not legit.

Booked 2 airline tickets with one of Ucuzabilet sales reps - The Travel House

The company sales rep kept saying my wife's credit cards did not work. I eventually paid via my credit card using the card app - which for some reason they did not want me to do.

It has been 2 days now and still no ticket confirmation or any email - even after ringing over 20 times.

I have blocked the credit cards.

The payment made for the flight keeps showing as pending, with the payment having gone to the Ucuzabilet account - meaning I can't raise a claim with my credit card company yet.

When making bookings - Please check the sales reps phone numbers on the web before you make same mistake, as this company has many reviews of what they really are.

They are SCAMMERS! I bought a ticket through this agency, my flight was cancelled, I contacted the airline company and found out that they refunded my money to them already, but these scammers reply to my emails saying that they are waiting for the reply and refund, we all should sue this scammers together and do something!!!! If anyone has any tips how to get refund from this scammers please contact me

I have just been scammed by these .
I booked 2 rooms in a hotel. They told me they weren't taking any money from my card until the week before the booking.They took £205 from my credit card when I called back they said they couldn't refund it to that card as there was a problem. They asked me for another card to refund it to and asked for the cvv number at which point I knew they were scamming. My credit card company are dealing with it. They will not give an email address and will not answer the phone to me.And to add insult to injury I checked with the hotel and no booking was ever made as they were full

They canceled my purchased ticket right before the flight. Due to “suspicious activity”. Later I realized that everyone knows that this business doing it purposely and selling seats more expensive. My worst ticket experience.

It is no good company to buy tickets because the scammer using your details to book tickets for someone else and the last 3 months I'm fighting for refund to get back but never happens avoid this company it is scammer

They are not scammers, but it is just a "get money, do something and don't care about anything" company.
I've bought a ticket, checked-in to flight, but the air company cancelled the flight. When I wanted to have a refund or anything, they told me to talk to the company who sold me the ticket. I called them, they didn't even know that it was cancelled and they didn't try to do anything. They told me: "We wrote them an email... if they respond, we'll be able to know what to do next"... So, no refund, no changing of ticket.... just waiting for the email to reach the air company...

This company it’s scammers I bought flights tickets did not get any email or sms notifications trout email for this guys are not replying only via phone call. When I call them trough the phone the was said they don’t have any flights generated on the name or DOB or phone number . And tried to get refund by it sims to be like mission impossible. Please avoid this company.

I tried to book some tickets due to the competitive pricing they had. I completed all the steps but when I entered my credit card details and clicked to pay they could regularise the tickets. Therefore I stopped trying to book. Afterward I checked and my credit card limit was decreased by this amount so I send them directly an email with the details. No response and the following day I called them to ask for assistance and the representative spoke no english and none of her colleagues and hang up the phone to my face. Fortunately I could claim my funds back from my credit card company. Never ever again....
