Payments takes a long time
It takes a long period of time for money to get paid. I had to phone and eventually got through. Good Interest rate though.

Excellent!
I have had very little interaction with this company, except for opening and depositing some money in a Fixed Rate Cash ISA. Everything seems absolutely fine.

Very easy to open a fixed ISA account
Very easy to open a fixed ISA account. I didn't give 5 stars because it was not explained that the funding account does not automatically go into the main account after the first deposit. It was sorted very quickly when I contacted admin on line.

I found it impossible to get UBL to transfer my last year's ISA from another provider. However, it was a competitive interest rate.

Very poor introduction to UBL
Account opened successfully, however no welcome information/email received, no details of how to transfer initial deposit, no account numbers provided. Very poor start! Only information/instructions received was through my phone calls to their customer service department.

Everything was so simple and straight forward. The App is easy to use. We have received our first interest payments with no fuss and are receiving a good interest rate. Very happy with our choice.

Excellent service and ease of use.
Opened a fixed rate ISA online. Really good website. Very easy to understand and use. Depositing money was very clear and secure with several cross checks. Would definitely recommend and would use again for investment
