Every seem to go well ...but could have had more feed back on the app ....explaining what position we were at ...other isas I've got do that ...I had to ring you 3 times making sure you had my application and what you were waiting for ....the lady on the phone the third time I called was very helpful

It was not the easiest of processes to follow
It was not the easiest of processes to follow. Too many assumptions of user knowledge levels were in place.
Once I had been through the process and understood what was required, it made sense.
To someone new, the instructions were too vague.

Really like my 5 years fixed rate ISA.
which I get paid into my current account every month. I'm nearly pension age and it helps pay for a couple of bills 😁

I requested the closure & transfer of…
I requested the closure & transfer of an existing ISA with a competitor and had to send 2 secure messages to ascertain the whereabouts of the funds which were sent by cheque. I was told it could take 3 to 5 working days for the cheque to clear. They said they’d received the cheque on the 23rd April (my old provider said they’d sent the cheque on the 15th!). I received a message on the 2nd May to say they’d cleared my cheque (More than 5 days). In this day & age, I can’t believe it took over 2 weeks from leaving my old account to reaching my new one. This has resulted in me losing 2 weeks of interest.
