Excellent customer service👍
Was struggling to use the equipment so I decided to give the company a call. I was put through to Neal, one of their technicians. After a short time on FaceTime our problem was overcome.

Hello Jaffrey,
We apologise that you feel our service was not up to standard. The delivery was delayed and unfortunately, this was out of our hands. We did however offer and add a £30 goodwill credit to your account. You purchased from our Redback range which is our budget range, designed for people that want to save by building/ installing themselves. This is made clear during the sale and so, in this case, would have been chargeable for set up.
Please do not hesitate to contact us again if you have any further queries. Our team are always on hand to help.

quality of service
Anthony has now dealt with my orders on 2 occasions, very helpful and polite and noticed our previous order ... can’t recommend more he knows his equipment from the conversation had, haven’t needed to use the “help or after service” but certainly wouldn’t think twice of doing with how Anthony has dealt with anything we asked from enquiry to buying. Top class service delivery over Xmas 2019 was as agreed and the delivery driver was top class in rush hour so made him a brew minus the bacon butty as we had none left!! Give the guys a pay rise but price increase.
Thanks again look forward to purchasing from you soon. 100% service from start to end.
