The training on TYPSY is very interesting and easy to adopt in the practical works. Being a new Radisson employee, I learnt the believes and pillars of the Radisson and the Yes I Can Attitude impressed me a lot. I have learnt alot on self and time management. I had a problem with procrastination but now I have learnt on how to overcome it and so far it is working greatly. I will also delegate more as it also gives my team a sense of empowerment
and confidence. Thank you very much for I believe I am now a better person ready and geared to lead my team for greater productivity not only in the workplace but even in thier personal lives
