The father and son team who came to fit the windows and doors were excellent. As we are in the middle of renovation some rooms ended up cleaner than when the lads first arrived. The windows appear good quality as does the door.
We had a few issues with a door handle being damaged and a little cross communication but it has all been sorted now.

We recently had a Superlite Roof installed by the team at Tyneside Home Improvements, the work was completed on time and to a very high quality, we are extremely happy with the finished product. Big thanks to all the THI Team for a professional service from start to finish, we would definitely recommend THI to our friends. Joe, Joel, Jonny & Jonny all done a great job.

Everyone we dealt with were professional and easy to get on with, communication of who was coming and when was excellent. We had personnel from all trades ie sales, surveyor, roof installation, window and door replacement, heating engineer and joiner, all were professional and considerate. We are extremely pleased with the job and would highly recommend Tyneside HI

We have had two projects completed by THI, a garage conversion and an Orangery and will soon be starting our 3rd project.
From planning to the finish everyone was, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Any problems are quickly sorted. I would definitely recommend THI.

Workmen were all very pleasant, cleaned up after them and our dog even got treats! Very pleased with the result.

From start to finish THI were a wonderful company to work with, everyone who visited my home from the sales team to the fitters were polite, respectful and delivered great service. Paul and Steven who fitted my new doors and windows were brilliant, they were very respectful of the fact I was working from home and I hardly heard a peep from them when I was in and out of meetings and it's the little things like that which mean I wouldn't use anyone but THI to replace the remainder of my windows in the future. Thank you all for you great work!

Had all my windows replaced this week , after making the call for quotations Dean came out next day and measured up ,in less than a week Michael the surveyor came out to recheck sizes and some brickwork which needed doing .Was told would be about 6-8 weeks for installation yet here I am less than a month after quote being given and all Windows replaced , really pleased done so quickly as brickwork needed to be done before kitchen being installed, special mention to Mick and Conor for being so professional and down to earth , to be honest haven't laughed so much in a long time with some of their life stories,also mention to Anthony on the phone along with the two girls Angela and apologies cannot remember other ladies name. I do find with smaller family companies you get the best service ,they rely on word of mouth . I would definitely recommend this company , from first contact to completion of job everyone was so professional but down to earth too. Thank you to you all. Fab service

Worked in the industry years ago and was concerned as the new roof was both large and odd shaped. Kevin and his team reassured us that there was no issues. The installation was quick, the lads that installed were excellent and cleaned up after the job. The whole team from sales to survey to fitting were marvellous and I would recommend without hesitation thank you!

Wow not happy at all. The first thing I was asked was am I in a position to say yes or no TODAY I said no I don’t like being put on the spot. He didn’t like that so told me to ring back and left!!!!! I said even if I ring back it still won’t be a yes or no at the time of appointment he told me everyone would do that I told him no they don’t. I hate pushy salesmen I feel so angry and annoyed!!!! I send a direct message to the company and will give them their due the Sales Manager did ring me back straight away - did say they would send another person out under n pressure to buy but I didn't take them up, as the sales man Lee totally out me off. As I say I hate pushy salemen and will NEVER buy off a company that do this. It may work for some people but sorry not me

Excellent service from the outset, even a visit from Kevin who owns the business, who came out to explain how the roof work would be undertaken, including timescales. The roof is a reverse incline and another Superlite approved company would not even quote for the work. The installation is complete and I can’t tell you how happy we are, the team are amazing, very professional, polite, respectful and friendly.

Tyneside Home Improvements have just made getting a hybrid orangry/conservatory, the most pleasant experience.
From start to finish, the process was seamless.
This company was so professional. Their communication was brilliant and their customer service outstanding!
The builders I had were polite and professional and worked so hard. Every day there was huge progress. I had to work most of the time but I left them an electric supply, kettle, coffee and biscuits and they were more than happy and just got on with it. They cleaned up all mess and really went above and beyond in being considerate to my neighbour during the build which was important to me. They are an asset to the company.
Then came the glazing team, followed by the electrician and then the plasterer. It ran like a well oiled machine with no lost time waiting for the next service to start.
My Decorator has also commented on how good a job the plasterers have done.
Stuart was brilliant listening and acting on my comments with no issues getting things exactly as I requested them.
And Michelle and Angela in the office kept me informed each step of the way. Communication was really important to me as I couldn't be home much during the build and Tyneside Home Improvements made the whole thing stress and hassle free.
I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them!

We have just had our composite door fitted today. What a excellent product provided. Thanks to Paul & Steve for their excellent workmanship. We have been kept informed every step of the way by the office. 5star service and would highly recommend THI to anyone. Our radiator gave up the ghost at the worst time of year, way out of warranty by years. Contacted Michelle, put in touch with Anthony and that’s all it took. Radiator sorted at a great price, installed the very next day by two fantastic electricians. A relief for us, we now have heat and it was all made so easy!

I wanted my new roof on our Conservatory before my Wife’s Birthday and before I went in Hospital.
Tyneside Home Improvements promised me they would fit me in, despite the recent weather we’ve had they bust a gut to achieve it in the 3 day installation period that they programmed for.
The Fitting team of David and Scot on the first day and David on his own the second day were absolutely amazing, they were friendly, informative, answered my numerous questions ( in construction all working life )
Courteous, very tidy, safety conscious, quality tradesmen. The final day was inside insulation, boarding and Plastering. Peter again was very good at his job and again followed the same pattern and procedures as the fitters.
The Office Staff, Surveyors, Management and Anthony were easy to talk to and made dealing with their company easy and straight forward.
I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, massive well done to you all and thanks from me and my wife.

Absolutely excellent. Had kitchen door fitted and it was installed to the very highest standard. Cannot praise enough and would recommend without hesitation.

Have to say these guys have been amazing. Everything from dan giving me the initial quote and working with me to get what I wanted. And everything happening when they said it would. No nasty surprises. I had the pleasure with dealing with a few members of staff there from owner Kevin and Damon all very helpful,
The workman worked solid and professional. End result a great new room which we use more than any other room .

These guys were that good I recommended my parents who will be getting a great new space as well.
