I really regret choosing TUXEDO Executive Limousine and Car Service for my family's airport transfer. The booking process seemed fine at first, but they messed up our reservation date and blamed us for the mistake. After sorting that out, the driver showed up in a car that wasn’t what we ordered – not the premium SUV we needed for all our luggage. We had to cram everything in uncomfortably. The driver was polite but didn’t seem to know the area well and took a long route that cost us time and money. For such high prices, I expected a flawless, professional service. Would not recommend them if you value reliability or getting what you pay for.

This review is completely fictional—like a deleted scene from a low-budget drama. We’ve checked our records, our drivers, our schedule, and even asked the office plant… and there’s absolutely no trace of this reservation ever existing.
The story? A bit too creative to be real. Wrong vehicle, wrong timing, wrong company. This smells less like a dissatisfied customer and more like a competitor with extra time and no imagination.
