ORDERED THROUGH DEBENHAMS WEBSITE...THEY HAVE MULTIPLE SELLERS...ONLY THEIR AGENTS. DONT TRUST THEM THIS SELLER SENT WRONG ITEM PURPOSELY!! OBVIOUSLY RUN OUT OF THE DIAMOND SHAPED ONE I PAID FOR !!!

Placed an order with this company via Debenhams. Faulty item received (cuddle cushion with large hole in the seam) and reported via Debenhams customer service. On 31.12.24, I was advised that this company had offered a replacement which I immediately accepted. On 6.1.25 I was advised that the replacement product was now out of stock. I was unable to return the faulty item in the absence of a replacement because it was a Christmas present for my daughter. I was therefore offered a very small partial refund, which was insufficient to reflect the fault but which I had no option but to accept, given that they failed to action their offer to send a replacement while the item was still in stock.
Poor customer service they don’t care about their clients or business. Jennifer ignored my email after 3 days waiting and didn’t call me when I was promised a cal back. I called as soon as they opened today to cancel a duplicate order which says “ with sender” and I was promised a call back and no one has called me back!? Also the man I spoke to on the phone was really sarcastic and needs some customer service training . If I receive 2 duplicate orders with 6 blankets I won’t be happy at all !
3 days and no phone call from customer services and no reply to emails !
