Good quality blinds ......husbsnd said they were really easy to fit...colour looks great ..only criticism is the weights are slightly to big and can be seen....i would've preferred them to be more hidden....other wise great product and service.

Ive bought blinds for all my rooms now but have only installed one of them so far which looks fab & was easy to put up.
The others are just as good & I would not hesitate to recommend them.
The samples are essential though as colours on website need to be seen in situ but they arrived very promptly.
I was also pleased with the price too.

Poorly made, sent back for remake, returned the same as I sent was meant to ring me for compensation / satisfaction but nether bothered.

Just fitted my second recessed shutter from Tuiss. This product Is very well made and looks really good in both rooms. I am very pleased with it. The first shutter when ordered was incorrectly sent as a surface mounted type. Tuiss immediately sent me the right frame and everything was resolved promptly.

I received some samples before Xmas 2016 and was ready to order after Xmas but the website then directed me to Blinds to Go and I could not see the blind I wanted...called the number and they had my sample saved already and got Tuiss to make the blind exactly as I wanted it before the website changed = excellent service and really pleased with the quality, look and feel of our blind. Would recommend as this is the second blind I have ordered from Tuiss.

they make beautiful blinds and their selection of fabrics is stunning but beware .....if your blinds mechanism breaks or if theres a problem a few years later ,they will not want to know and will not even reply to your emails !!1
in 2011 I spent over £800 on my bedroom roman blinds and unfortunately this year the side winding mechanism broke .
after several emails asking for this tiny part replacement was advised to try another company if they could help.

Very pleased with the wooden blinds, they look much better than our old nets! They feel quite heavy and seem like good quality. My only niggle is they're quite stiff to close but maybe I'm just scared to pull too hard on the cord? The service was great, would buy from tuiss again.

I just love my blinds, big, bold and beautiful. Finish off my new bathroom really well.

My latest purchase was for two matching blinds. This is my third purchase from Tuiss. The blinds are well made, easy to install and the fabrics are lovely. Great customer service again. Highly recommend Tuiss.

I have used Tuiss in the past and have purchased two sets of roman blinds and a pair of living room pinch pleated curtains and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company. They have always been extremely prompt and efficient from the word go, with the first class delivery of swatches to help you make your fabric selection, to keeping you informed of the process whilst your items are being made and letting you know when they are ready for delivery. The roman blinds were of excellent quality and workmanship as were the curtains. Excellent service.
