Avoid !!! There was a internal fault with the glass I received, no marks or scratches on the outside just an internal crack which was probably at manufacture phones to see if they could resolve this issue but had very negative response would not recommend this company !

Great service, easy to order and friendly staff

We've been using TuffX for well over a year now, and they always provide excellent customer service, with their staff going above and beyond to help out when we have tight deadlines. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I like tuffX they make good glass.

Repeatedly damaged external glass panels for veranda - 4th set finally good.

The problems mainly involved severe glass discolouration (laminating issue) which meant the glass wasn't clear in sunlight. I also experienced severe scratches which could be seen from afar.

TuffX accepted the discolouration faults, which was good, but having to deal with so many repeated issues wasn't.

2 deliveries didn't arrive, one due to the product being damaged on loading at the manufacturers. I wasn't informed of his until after the expected delivery time.

Aggressive driver of lorry MF71 AAU tried to run a bicycle off the road.
Not only would this fail a test, but would have got them fined for dangerous driving - a 7.5t is a responsibility that should be taken seriously, not used as a weapon,

Ordered a new rooflight for my new kitchen extension. We opted for a 1000x1200 rooflight which completely changes the look of the kitchen. Lets in lots of light during the day. Delivery was super fast and the builders had it installed in under 1 hour. Got no complaints on the quality of the glass. Would recommend

Great company. I ordered several times and always received glass on time. Quality is great. Will definitely recommend.

Delivery driver communicated the day before the drop. Location very difficult to navigate and negotiate. The conditions were terrible, but the delivery was excellent.

Hope the product is better than the service, placed an order and was given a delivery date, asked if we could move it by one day to the Friday didn’t hear anything chased up and was told they changed it to collection as they don’t deliver to our area on a Friday. Ok but then why did no one call us, then had confirmation it would be delivered today, emailed to check that was right as it was a bank holiday and had no response and no one answering the phone, surely they should have contacted to say sorry for the date wrong and give us a new date but nope, it didn’t arrive today after waiting in just incase let’s hope third time lucky to deliver, hopefully it will arrive tomorrow!

I started with them as a driver it was all going well after the first day, Ken the health and safety officer teaches you the right way but the training drivers tell you to ignore what he says, after 3 days with the company they said I'm not the right fit for them, but wont tell me what I done wrong, shame on them,

management and staff bully the young apprentices, I find this behaviour very appalling there is such a blame culture.

We've worked with Tuffx on some big projects over the last 2 years, we place over 20 orders a week with them. We pay upfront and get simple and accurate updates regarding deliveries.

Glass is tough to work with and sometimes there can be issues but, with Tuffx, they get sorted quicker than with anyone else we've worked with.

A*** I'd recommend to anyone

Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible products. DO NOT TRUST. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I've been completely let down and totally robbed, I've wasted hundreds of pounds. They don't care, they are not interested. You have to pay up front then they screw you over.

What ever you do, get your glass products anywhere else but form these armatures.

Glass is decent, staff are ok, sometimes they take a while to get back to you and they overcharge when they've already quoted us. Accounts never seem to be nice any time we call them.
