I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Jamika from the Shed Program. She personally called to welcome me back after taking about a year off, and her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
When I previously used Shed’s GLP-1 medication, I had an excellent experience, so I’m excited to continue my journey again. Jamika was extremely informative, patient, and reassuring throughout our conversation. She made sure I understood the next steps and let me know that a provider or customer service team member would always be available to answer any questions I may have.
Her support made me feel confident and cared for as I return to the program. I’m grateful for the warm welcome back and look forward to continuing my health journey with Shed. Thank you, Jamika, for such outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience speaking with Mike
I had a great experience speaking with Mike from SHED! He was extremely helpful, patient, and made everything easy to understand. The Welcome Call was very informative, and he took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed.
What stood out the most was his professionalism and how comfortable he made the conversation. It really felt like he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure I had all the information I needed.
Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend SHED to others. Thank you again, Mike—I truly appreciate your help!
