I was charged for a shipment but tracking shows it did not ship. The customer service response was horrible. I asked them to find the shipment and was told I have to wait 10 days before I can ask about it again. Pura is a scam. You can buy the product elsewhere. Don't buy directly from them.
The scents are great, Sweet Grace is my favorite. But. I purchased 4 plug in devices. Once connected to WiFi, they created congestion on our network such that it was disruptive. When reaching out to Pura, their solution was to ensure 2.4Ghz, well I did that from the initial setup, nothing that Pura suggested worked. I tried creating a separate guest network at 2.4 dedicated to the Pura devices, still caused congestion. I tried everything that Pura customer support suggested and consulted online and AI. Nothing worked. We have fiber high speed internet that allows 2.4 connectivity. Anyway, I ended up cancelling my subscription (and paying for my devices considering I got them as a promo for “free” with 1y subscription to scents). It was worth paying to get out of the plan. Sadly disappointed. If you’re considering a Pura, you might research to make sure you don’t have the same issue that I did. I do not recommend for this reason.

Don’t do it!! I had this subscription for a few months and decided it wasn’t for me. The scents wasn’t the best and the cost is ridiculous…. I cancelled the subscription and was CHARGED $179.90!!!! This place should be investigated and SHUT DOWN!!!! I’ve been reaching out to them I need answers!! I see I got a response back on this page and because there is NO inbox here and you guys have my email!! The email i received does not even go into detail!! But where was there a contact saying this would happen?? You offered free infusers and pay for scents!!! Not saying a person is obligated in a year contract!!!

My regular order arrived this past Tuesday and was stolen. I emailed and got a response in less than half an hour with goofy instructions to see if one of my neighbors took it “for safekeeping” or to contact the delivery company, which had already provided pictures of successful delivery. When I responded with screenshots from my neighbor’s ring camera of the person taking it, no response. I followed up the next day, still no response, not even to tell me no they won’t replace or refund. This is extremely poor customer service.

The only reason why I have the Pura Car Pro is because I received it as a company gift. I decided to order a few scents. I haven't received the two orders on time, but they were only a few days late. What I don't like about it is the diffuser never connects when I get into my car. I have to open the app to get it to connect every time, and sometimes it takes 5 or more minutes to connect. Also, the fragrance is almost nonexistent. I have had the two fragrances on strong (my car is small), and I can barely smell them. I was going to purchase a few for gifts, but after having it for 2 months now, I am not impressed and wouldn't purchase from this company again. The scents are pretty expensive to not have any smell.

I want to give a massive shoutout to Danny and the Pura leadership team for their incredible support and persistence. After a rocky start involving some logistical delivery issues with the carrier (UniUni), the team stepped up immediately with full refunds and replacements.
The real challenge was a persistent connectivity issue due to my home's mesh Wi-Fi system. For anyone struggling with the "flashing green/red" error on a mesh network, I finally found a verifiable solution after about 30 hours of troubleshooting: I worked with my ISP’s tech support to disable band steering specifically for the Pura devices using their MAC addresses. This locked them into the required 2.4GHz band, and they have been working perfectly ever since.
During this extensive setup process, I had to run the units around the clock for testing, and the Pura team has been amazing in working with me through every hurdle. It is rare to find a company that stays this committed to a customer’s success. The devices look sleek, the scents are fantastic, and the app control is a game-changer.
If you have a complex home network, don't give up—Pura’s support team is world-class and will stick by you until it’s right!

Horrible customer service, I have had a subscription with Pura for over two years and service was great up until I would say 6 months ago. For some reason my order shipments started to be delivered later and later, my latest order should have arrived here over two months ago but I am still waiting. I’ve tried multiple times to get help from customer service with no luck. Avoid this company if possible because their service has really gone down hill.

I splurged and bought two Pura plus smart home diffusers. I signed up for the subscription plan so I never ran out of product. That was in the fall and now it’s February. I have received exactly one refill over the course of 4 months. Everything else has shipped and never been delivered. I have contacted customer service so many times it’s ridiculous and they promise to resolve my issue. They ship replacement product but it never actually gets delivered. They tell me if I use the tracking number and there is no activity for 10 days they will ship replacements. At day 9 the shipper always “updates” the status but it’s still in transit, never delivered. I love their product…at least from what I can remember. But their lack of actual resolution is maddening. And they won’t issue a refund even though they’ve had my money for months. So much potential but so disappointing.

They are scammers that make customers sign up for a free trial and products and use a scamming delivery service UNI UNI to lie about delivery attempts of your product. They should not be trusted. I have proof to back up this review.

DO NOT ORDER from this company. The diffuser works the first couple of months. I was too lazy to cancel my subscription. I ordered in August 2025 and tried to cancel in February 2026 and they said they will charge me $49 for the diffuser. I have refills just sitting around that cost $38/month. It's my fault for not cancelling sooner, but I was going to let it go. The diffuser stops working and paying $38 for two small refills is a ripoff. Now they want me to pay $49 for the diffuser as well. Don't do it to yourself!

Completely unacceptable delay of over 2 weeks to ship in-stock fragrances. Uniuni is a joke of shipping company, clearly the lowest bidder for big trending operations like this. Pura should be avoided at all costs until they can rectify their shipping issues.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Shame on the influencers out here promoting this junk. My diffuser doesn't work, reached out several times to cancel and they refuse. The scents stink. Horrible customer service.

I have several of the Smart Diffusers, but the one for the car is horrible!! The reason this has received a 1 star review is that it constantly comes on even though I will turn it off due to the strong scent. I continues to search wifi, and comes on radomly, and we can't figure out how to make it stop doing that. I would prefer I start it on my own versus it coming on as soon as I get close to my vehicle with my phone. We didn't realize it was doing that, and the scent has went way down due to it constantly coming on randomly on it's own. We do not have directions for this one like we do for all our other smart diffusers in our house.

If you want to buy new diffusers every year, this is the product for you. I bought 2 diffusers at the same time and what do you know? both diffusers died at the same time. Right about at the one year mark, but just inconvenient enough for them to point to a bunch of troubleshooting steps and then only for them to tell me once we were outside of a year that the product is out of warranty and they refuse to replace it. The product is not made well and will quickly siphon money out of your pocket. There are a bunch of companies in this category.. I would highly recommend trying a different one.
