TrustFares Recensioni

This company come back last minute saying my booking is on waiting list, and ask me a few hundreds dollar more to book a confirm seat. This company is a total scam!

Afternoon, this is my first experience using your company, I must say my experience was not the greatest. You sent me a confirmation of my itinerary on 9/15, however after arriving at the airport at 4:30 am for my 6:25 am flight on 9/16 my reservation was not in their system. I Called the 24/7 # and being on hold at 5:00 am until 7:00 am was very frustrating. I asked to be placed on the 9:30 flight since I had a connecting flight at 3:00 pm the rep told me he would call me back with the new info. I never received that call. I called again at 8:30 and was told I was confirmed for the 11:50 flight, which finally left at 12:25pm. I missed my connection due to this error. Sitting in an airport for approximately 7 to 8 hours for a flight that was booked a week prior is totally unacceptable.
Your response to this complaint would be greatly appreciated. Needless to say a response was never received. Book your flights directly with the airline

Very good price, very smooth flight.

I used this agency to book a round-trip flight from RSW airport in Florida. The price quoted on their website seemed great, but during the return flights i didn't get no confirmation number and my return date was like couple hours away ,I have to call the agency to fine out why i don't get my confirmation number only to hear that my flight was cancel. To make matters worse, i have to fine my own hotels accommodations and extend the car rental for another day and fine food, and it was myself and my wife with our 5 years old Son.. This agency relies on deceptive. Save your time and book directly with the airline instead. that's my advise, i would never book through TrustFare.com ever again worst nightmare. and a next thing they barely answer your phone call you will on the phone for almost a hour no one picks up. POOR CUMUNICATION!!!!!!!

Scam!!! Do not book with this website, they will not give you your boarding pass or booking information until last minute or not at all.

Rep. Michael gave me very good assistance, when my flight delayed their flight. I appreciated all of his help, time, & professionalism. He did a fantastic job. Thank you, Cassandra Williams

Total Scam. Booked a flight. Did not receive a record locator. Received an email saying I had to call to confirm my booking when, in reality, it was for them to try to bait-and-switch.

I reached some guy who sounded like an offshore call center scammer who said my ticket was not confirmed, that United had me on standby, and that no seats were available, which was a total lie; the flight was not full.

Then he tried to sell me a Southwest flight that departed much later and would take several more hours to arrive and cost triple the price. Totally unacceptable. Called back on the 800# instead of the 305#, and the same guy answered!

They lure you in with lowball fares they don't have access to, then try to sell you a totally different flight at a higher price. Don't waste your time. Their website also falsely advertises 4.5 stars on Trustpilot, when its rating is actually 3.2!

Their email wasn't to confirm my booking; it was to upsell me another flight at 3x the price.

I had to cancel a booking and was helped by Steve. I received a confirmation email of the cancellation. I was not charged.

Great company to do business with … will recommend

This is a scam company. I booked a flight advertised for $119, but after waiting 3 hours, I was told to book a different flight and pay an extra $139. They assured me the booking was confirmed and that I'd receive my boarding pass by the end of the day. The next morning, I still hadn't received it. When I called back, they said the reservation had never been confirmed. Misleading pricing, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend booking through this company.

I booked a flight (or tried to) on trust fares.com for a flight the next day. Should have checked their reviews first. Never received flight confirmation. Called in and the Indian man said “I 200% guarantee your flight is booked, you just need to wait 4 hours.” 4 hours later was 9:30pm and still nothing. Had to buy alternative (real) tickets from the airline directly. Then, about 4 hours prior to the actual flight trustfares.com emailed me boarding passes. I tried checking these boarding passes with the airlines and they said they had been cancelled and would be refunded. My god, if I had actually trusted trustfares.com I would have been so screwed.

Nice experience, with United Airlines ON Time
Everything excellent

good prices, good service

This site is a bait and switch scam. Will stall confirming a reservation, demand a phone call for verification, then offer alternative arrangements. Sketchy at best. Criminal at worst. Avoid it.

The prices they gave me was unbeatable

This company is labeled as a scam by online companies like BBB.

United Airlines confirmed the company is NOT legit, and customers should not use it. United, AA, Delta, and JetBlue said to stick to Priceline, Kayak, and other reputable companies. Use travel agents if needed. DO NOT USE TRUST FARE. Anyone being scammed will NOT get a refund. Airlines are also NOT responsible for any dealings with this company. I am in the media business and just warning everyone.

I purchase a flight and they cancel my reservation and now my flight to go home cost 4 time more. I had schedule 22 days in advance now I can not fine my way home on time.

I purchased a ticket about a week ago. When I booked it, it clearly showed a direct flight from Las Vegas to Washington, DC and included a carryon bag. However, when I received my boarding pass about 10 hours before my flight, I noticed the itinerary had changed, and now I have to pay extra for my carry-on.
This doesn't seem right. I wanted to share my experience so others can be careful. I learned my lesson,I think it's much better to book directly through the airline's website instead of using a third party booking site.

I received my ticket at the promised price which was cheaper than any other company offered.

The customer service was top tier and my agent Steve was superb
