If I could give The Private Clinic Manchester 10 stars I would. Just over a year ago I went to see a cosmetic surgeon for a full Tummy Tuck in The Wirral and honestly it was awful. I knew this surgeon from operations he had performed on my son. So felt that I could use him for my surgery. Nightmare! When I went he weighed me took my stats and said yes great let’s do it, he was away on holiday for a month so when he got back I expected to hear from him with a date for my op but what I got was, no sorry you need to lose 3stone and the recovery will be 3 months. I’d need another procedure with having to have mesh in my tummy as I had a massive hernia! That was the end of that. I went and paid for a private CT scan which clearly showed that this other procedure was NOT NECESSARY. It took me a full year of more self loathing and I was so upset.

My son found me the details of Mr Adel Fattah from The Private Clinic in Manchester as well as 2 other clinics.

I contacted all 3 and 1 never responded, 1 emailed me and I asked if they could call me on the Isle of Man between 6 and 7 that evening which was quoted on their email but received no call just another email, but I did get a call from the most amazing young guy called Alex Clair. Now this call was just wonderful, this guy was so damn refreshing. He was upbeat happy, funny and so helpful I booked my appointment there and then. I was going thinking it’s a waste of time, it’s so expensive as we had to fly over hire a car and hotels etc, but I knew I needed to see them. Anyway all that week I was remembering the experience from last year, telling my husband he’s not going to do it, I’m wasting my time and felt so low. We finally get there as the snow had literally grounded the UK to a halt, we walk in to the clinic and literally I felt my self relaxing. There was a smashing young lady on the reception desk, gave me the forms to fill in and was chatting away to us then in walked Alex, this young man melted my heart. He was absolutely brilliant and honestly you would have thought I’d known him for years. He’s such a credit to that company, when
People say people buy from people! Well trust me, I bought from him hook line and sinker. We went in and we were introduced to Adel. This man is absolutely wonderful. I sat and told him about my previous experience and he just looked at me not saying a word. I’m sitting there waiting for him to say, we’ll from what I’m reading from your notes that I’d supplied on my questionnaire and blah blah blah he’s right I can’t help you. Nope!!! That’s not what happened. He looked straight at me and said “ I don’t understand I’ve done so many of these procedures there’s nothing wrong with you, in fact your exactly what I would expect from a women of your age, I was in shock, a year of being so miserable. He examined me and advised me of the best ways of getting the look I wanted went through everything in detail. I was so happy I burst into tears. Alex and Adel are the best of the best. I left so happy and excited. We flew home the following morning and even though our meeting had been at 5pm the night before, I walked into a letter on the door mat, with a letter which included a little skin testing kit and further info, I’m so looking forward to having my operation and trust me over the years I’ve lost count of varies surgeries I’ve had, I’m 54 and I feel my life’s just beginning. I’m getting this done and I’m building a little list of other things I’d love to have done. I found this clinic the best I’ve ever been to and seriously if your looking to have any kind of cosmetic surgery. Go to see them, you’ll understand what I’m saying as soon as you make that call, if you speak to Alex say Summer sent you lol. That lads infectious, you can’t help but love him. As for Adel, there’s no one else I’d go to for any other surgeries, I just know everything happens for a reason, if that other surgeon hadn’t totally mislead me I’d never have found them. I’m typing this as one very happy and optimistic girl. Thank you guys and see you next month.

This used to be my go to site but has become the slowest loading problematic to use. I have a very fast connection and across all my devices this is bad. Such a shame as once people get fed up and move on they may not come back.
There are far too many ads trying to load which normally results in iPads freezing and stalling.
It’s better on my iMac but still pretty awful and these days how many of us use a desk based PC.
Get a grip of this Trusted Reviews you are after all mostly technology.

This used to be my go-to website for geek fix, tech knowledge and all manner of insightful and interesting reviews on a range of products including the purchase of a £2500 plasma screen back in the day based primarily on the content of this site. The editorial content was excellent, the site layout was clean and intuitive, and the website performance was fast and low stress.

It's now seem to have been lobotomised and turned into low value content supported by an explosion of adverts, so much so that it stopped working on my older iPad and corporate IT asset. I gave the site a miss for a while until my devices were eventually refreshed. But even after coming back the site is still very slow and with an advert to content ratio that makes this site feel like it's driven on clickbait.

I rarely write these kind of reviews but I am so disappointed with this site and I genuinely miss the content and ease of use of the "old" trusted reviews and hope that someone in the organisation reads this and makes some content and layout improvements and go back to being a top-class website, which I'm sure the authors/editors and designers of the site would love.

Hi can anyone help me I have been looking at a site called wdjoonline also known as parksideorganicranch they seem to be offering quality clothing at very cheap prices but there are no reviews of items or physical address has anyone had dealings with them good or bad please advise are they genuine ?

Just looked at the Warcraft review for BFA, what total and utter garbage.

Advertising World pvp as a "new feature", how does removing all pvp servers from the game this expansion enhance world pvp. Not to mention all the other massive glaring issues and changes a lot of the playerbase dislikes at the moment.

Shock value titles with fluff writing. Very misleading

Switching to Avro Energy today from Bulb. Avro not cheapest but still competitive and showing good customer reviews. Switching process seamless and very easy. So far so good. Will write update when progress complrete

Steelseries Arctis 5 headset.

I won this headset in a survey and I only tried them on to compare with my favourite headset Turtle beach Z60's. I love the Z60's because they have 2 channels and 2 volume controls for chat and game. But Turtle Beach headsets are prone to fall apart regularly. The Arctis 5 is the most durable headset I've used in 30 years of gaming. I've dropped them, sat on them, trod on them and kicked them. I've caught them on my swivel chair and dragged them across the floor so many times ;) but these take a huge beating. The design has a cloth headband that sits on my head and I don't even notice it is there, they do not squeeze my head so I can game for many hours and always feel comfortable with them on. Plus they are lighter than other headsets (which seems strange considering how tough they are). The sound quality is excellent but even better is the quality of the mic, which seems to make me much clearer to my online mates.... even when I am panicking mid battle ;) I have had these for 5 months and by now my Z60's have usually lost some minor plastic pieces or I've taped the headband together.... but the Arctis 5 will probably outlive me ;) it does have an inline volume control and another volume control on the headset, The mic retracts or pulls out from the left earpiece and although it is very easy to move it stays wherever I put it. A very nice feature is a 3.5 mm jack in the left earpiece so others can plug in and share my music or game sound with me. The inline volume control turns chat volume up while turning game volume down and vice versa but I've never set it up correctly. That said it will just plug and play but I downloaded the steelseries engine and I've been enjoying changing sound settings and light colours. I may not have to ever buy another headset...

After nearly a decade of Checking TR almost daily I’m sad to say - NO MORE!! It’s gone from being the absolute benchmark in tech reviews and news to an absolute mess. If you manage to get through the constant freezes of the web page you’ll get blinded by the ad-blitz exploding on the screen. A real shame...

Good reviews. Rubbish site. Half the time it will not even load due to the ads on iPad 6th gen. poor.

Stopped using this site and removed from favourites list two years ago but felt it was time to add my two penneth. It used to be the "go to " site for tech news and reviews,now it's just a disastrous mash of ads that slow down your browser to a crawl. I understand the need to generate revenue but, c'mon TR,did you really expect your target audience to tolerate this,we just go elsewhere. YouTube channels do a much better job (Linus tech tips,MKBHD,Autin Evans,Unbox therapy and even Casey Neistat, where shall I stop?). Far better to had elsewhere!. Update: after quick visit this morning,it looks like they may be taking notice,except for those annoying autoplay videos. Sort that out TR and you may be back onto an online winner!

Loads of targeted ads again,scrolling down pages is now a never ending constant loading of ad after ad.Apparently I need to go on a river cruise when I get a new battery for may car after leaving my senior living accommodation,thank goodness for adblocker.

My goodness, the adds are completely insane! repeatedly bombarded by them with refresh cycle of around every 5 seconds or so, absolutely ludicrous. if you have an add blocker just makes it even slower or doesn't even load. I wont be back again. Shame, such a shame to have a good website destroyed. You have to wonder at what point does gaining revenue from adds mean less visitors, I think they have well exceeded that threshold.

Back in the day this was a site for reviews. Kind of like a Which? for gadgets. Clearly it didn't make any money so the whole ethos of site was changed. It goes by the same name, which is now just an oxymoron. Vast quantities of 'editorial' are now devoted to rumours about upcoming products. Products that don't even exist. Usually Apple. Probably gets more clicks. Target age range seems to have declined to about 12. You can spend 11 months reading about Samsung Galaxy 11 a week after the 10 comes out. At least an update on the latest 'news' aka 'guesswork' every month until it does. The site is now a total yawnfest, the ultimate in pointless activities - read speculation about products that don't exist from someone who wrote the article whilst sat on the toilet before they left for work. When trusted reviews actually decides to review something anymore, they have their favourites. A strange number of Philips TVs pass their way, usually to glowing praise, despite Philips hardly being a player anymore in sales terms. To sum up, the whole site and ethos now is vomit inducing. Hope it shuts down, the earlier the better.

This used to be my daily go to site for reviews. Now they think the only way to make a profit is to overload me with ads! I bet most of the people who visit these types of sites dont click on the ads anyway.

1 ad takes up almost half of the screen! Now i try to avoid this site and look elsewhere!

Very Very pathetic company. Their tools doesn't work properly. Their customer service is really bad. NEVER EVER USE THEIR COMPANY FOR THE REVIEWS.

Terrible, unprofessional and for the most part unfactual reviews. #fakereviews.

Not a honest company. Misleads people who are foolish enough to trust their reviews.

Site is so slow - giving up visiting it. Worst of it's kind. At times, the browser will just hang as it struggles to process the huge ads.

The dish washer I bought on their recommendation (the only item I did) was very, very poor. I also have serious issues with their website. Heavily loaded with advertising which makes it extremely laggy, slow and unresponsive. You'd think that webistes like theirs don't exist these days, but there you have it.

Honestly, Trusted Reviews are absolutely clueless in most things they review. I don't know who they are, but they have absolutely little knowledge and the last thing you want to do - is trust them ! It's a shame the internet has sites like these because they are a major problem. Avoid, and go to sites that review impartially and with intelligence.
