Ich habe den schlechten Sitz wegen…
Ich habe den schlechten Sitz wegen mangelhafter Ausführung des Gurtes reklamiert. Mir wurde angeboten, entweder 50 % Rückerstattung zu bekommen und den Gurt zu behalten oder Rücksendung und Erstattung von 100 %. Da eine Rücksendung in die USA 16,00 EUR kosten würde, habe ich mich für die 50 % Rückerstattung entschieden und das mitgeteilt. Jetzt ist das plötzlich nicht mehr möglich. Offensichtlich handelt es sich hier um ein sehr unseriöses Unternehmen.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEB! It is a complete fraud, I still have not received the products I ordered in December and It's been almost three months. The Help service center keeps blaming the delay on the COVID pandemic but they refuse to return the money. Terrible experience, I do not recommend

Hola! Hice un pedido con True Fit posture por un precio de 25.45€ ya que el precio inicial del artículo pedido se reducía un 50% pero, no aplicaron dicha reducción y me cobraron el precio inicial mas otro producto que en ningún momento había pedido. Por lo tanto, tuve que pagar 76,40€. Por ello, mandar mensajes para que me devolviesen el dinero y no me mandasen el producto que no había pedido. Sin recibir respuesta, después de mandar varios e-mails decidí la cancelación total del pedido, del cual, no me dejaron cancelar.

NON ARRIVAL OF PRODUCT
As has previously been said, service is appalling. I ordered the posture corrector on the 9th dec and it has not arrived yet. I ordered another of amazon which arrived within 4 days. The tracking number given by truefit states that the package is still in Monroe in the US and has been since the 16th dec. I cannot get my money back and they are constantly blaming the delay on the pandemic. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will regret it.

Glacially slow service, I ordered it a month ago and still no sign of the thing. I got impatient and ordered one, from another company via Amazon and it came next day, so if this one eventually arrives, I will have a spare.

A ce jour 30/8/2020, rien reçu et l'adresse mail proposée sur ma facture pour contacter l'entreprise n'existe pas !
