Purchased the VEHO 1000-20 (with 1.75mm printhead) and accessories Jan of 2025 our company was unable to get the printer up and running and fully functional until July 2025 due to parts missing, shipping, and time delays. The printer is extremely large and poorly designed. The 5 inch screen is located in the top right hand corner of the frame 6.5 feet above the ground. You need a ladder to do anything with the screen. The printer is amazingly slow, we have Bamboo and Prusa XL printers as well. We tested the speed of the printer and what takes 6hours on either a Bamboo or Prusa printer took 1 day to print at minimum with the Veho. Alternatively, a 1hr print job takes 6 hours (approximately). Customer service is not great and the company refused to issue any type refund after more than 90 days of technical support trying to get the printer to work because they had to ship missing parts to the east coast of the USA. I would recommend you DO NOT purchase this printer. It is slow, cumbersome, and you can find better on the market.

Tronxy veho1000-16 pro is what I ordered, it came, i was excited after waiting almost two months for it to arrive. I was able to build the frame before realizing that a part for the z-axis rail was defective. After messaging them for two weeks they finally responded, they sent me a video to try and fix the problem which did not work. After telling them i need a new specific part they still have not cooperated with me after i even offered to pay, its been another full month, my warranty for being able to return the item has expired. Im still waiting on a response from there team. This company is just not good at all with customer service. Im very disappointed and do not recommend people buy this printer. It might be good, it might not, i cant even tell you cuz after having this for a month i still have not been able to fully build it yet because i still need the part that they still haven't sent me. Save yourself the time and money. Get a large printer from an American company that will actually help you. These guys are awful.

As a tech enthusiast, I bought the Veho 1000-16 3D printer and it exceeded my expectations.

I didn't have any problem with the purchase or delivery of the product, but the product I received came with defects, which I reported to Tronxy, who confused the situation and took a long time to admit the problem, but after acknowledging the problem, they asked to pay for shipping the replacement parts, which I think is ridiculous, since I bought a new product that was defective and therefore Tronxy should assume all the expenses for replacing parts for something that is under warranty.

Não tive qualquer problema com a compra ou entrega do produto, mas o produto que recebi veio com defeitos, os quais reportei à Tronxy, tendo esta enrolado a situação e demorado muito até assumir o problema, mas depois de assumir o problema pediu-me dinheiro do envio das peças de substituição, o que eu acho ridículo, uma vez que eu comprei um produto novo que vinha defeituoso e portanto a Tronxy deveria assumir todas as despesas para a substituição das peças de algo que está dentro da garantia.
