I would thoroughly recommend Tom.

Tom represented me through my redundancy process. I was confident in him throughout, he demonstrated care for me, described things clearly and in plain English.

I felt that I had someone on my side who understands the process and could battle on my behalf.

I got fired from my employer (big tech v
company) because I was late when really the job caused me to have severe anxiety

I contacted Tom and he agreed to take on the case no win no fee and we were able to get them to settle for a substanial sum

I cannot fault the service l have received from Tom Street,
especially Ellie Humphries who has worked tirelessly on my behalf,
I shall be eternally grateful for her professionalism.

Whilst the service is great and effective, I don't believe I got everything I could with the help and I did not feel listened to or that someone really stepped up to support me against my employer who degraded my mental health and didn't keep to their processes. The compensation I've ended up with did not show the extent of the bullying that I have suffered by my employer and I am aware that there could have been a push but when I brought this up, I was dismissed.

What made my experience good?
Ellie Humphris. Ellie is kind ,intellectual and very understanding. When dealing with my issue Ellie kept me informed ,supported me, gave me my options and always returned calls messages and emails the same day. I feel privileged knowing that Ellie helped me be triumphant over the opposition. Thank you again Ellie

What more can be said, if the 5 Stars I've rated do not speak for themselves.

Complete utter waste of time. They did nothing that they claimed to do or claimed that they could do. They didn't meet any deadlines. The entire experience was just time wasted.

For a website that puts so much emphasis on no-win-no-fee, they're very careful not to mention that they want money before they'd even respond to an enquiry.
I made an enquiry via their website and all I received were a couple of rather tone-deaf, automated looking emails "advising" me to book a pricey telephone consultation. I'm not paying £80 just to ask someone if I have a case...
