Overall impression: mediocre. The product itself appears to be of reasonable quality. However, the delivery time was excessively long (which can happen). Most importantly, I was not informed at the time of purchase that the items would be shipped from China to the USA and then to the UK. Had I known this, I would never have made the purchase—a hard lesson learned.

better than expected

I bought 2 of these for my Grandsons for holiday, they are so light and good quality they loved them.

Ordered 2 caps and they’re great, just what I was looking for.

I ordered 2 hats and they were delivered quickly, well packaged and great quality. Exactly as described.

Beautiful item. Well made and well packaged. Delivery was fine. Very happy with it.

The white cap had a stain (looked like rust) and the grey cap had loose stitching (on the adjuster)

Slow delivery but the caps are great quality and look cool

Took quite a while to arrive and was not impressed with the quality of the product which was squashed flat, rear adjuster feels cheap.

Being able to track delivery was great and very easy. Unfortunately they don’t seem to have solved the problem with the washing machine
