Scam company. DO NOT BOOK any holidays with these guys, also Wowcher uses this company for holidays so also avoid.
We booked a trip to Poland to also visit auschwitz, when we were set to take off, I got an email saying out excursion tour had been cancelled due to being 'overbooked' (apparently), so I reached out to travel crew to find out if we can rebook, they hilariously offered me a replacement up to a value of £50 when I know what we paid covers way more than a £50 replacement.
Since the holiday, I spoke to Citizens Advice to begin taking legal action against travel crew as we still have not been refunded or seen sight of the money. After multiple letters, emails etc, I was offered my £50 back a year later, however since confirming my details to get the money back, there has not been any payments made to me.
We booked this trip through Wowcher and it's been a right hassle so if you are also using Wowcher, DO NOT book any holidays with them or travel crew, be prepared to lose your money if you do.

Liars and con men. Booked and paid for holiday, came to 2 weeks before phoned them and they said theyd never heard of me but I could rebook and pay for a replacement holiday. DO NOT USE.
3 centre Italy with trains
Booked 3 centre Rome Florence and Venice with train tickets in October 25. Reviews were OK when I checked on TripAdvisor. Michael was pretty helpful but we did have to chase for the invoice (many typos and incorrect info on invoice which raised alarm bells). Tried to contact the company to get ATOL certificate no reply to emails and phone numbers either constantly engaged or temporarily unavailable.
Michael's WhatsApp number no longer in use.
Did a bit of digging and had confirmation of return flights and the first hotel but not the other 2 hotels.
Decided therefore to claim charge back on credit card as too risky to travel : travelcrew could cancel at the last minute.
Checked out Trav Expert on companies house, all seems kosher but I think they are employing wfh agents with no training.
Anyone actually completed a holiday with this company or any subsidiaries?

I would not hesitate to book with them again. I was promised a call back and an email both were recieved as promised, sadly these days people promise call backs that never materialise. So thank you Cooper and Floyd.
Avoid at all costs
I booked a multi-city trip to Venice and Milan as a Christmas present. I was told I would receive my itinerary within 24 hours of redeeming the vouchers.
The vouchers were already automatically redeemed when I logged in, which was the first red flag. After waiting 48 hours with nothing, I contacted Travel Crew and was repeatedly told my documents would arrive “within 24 hours”. This cycle continued for weeks, with excuses including system issues and unavailable advisors, but no documents were ever sent.
I spent a significant amount of time chasing Travel Crew and also struggled to contact Wowcher. Eventually, Wowcher raised a formal complaint on my behalf. When Travel Crew failed to respond within three days, a refund was finally issued.
The entire process took around a month and caused unnecessary stress and disappointment. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before booking with this company.

BEWARE- TRAVELCREW are the worst in the business!
TRAVELCREW are by far the worst travel company that I have ever used! If I could give zero or minus stars then I would!
We booked a 3 city break in Italy for £778 which was supposed to include hotel accommodation, with breakfast, for 2 nights in Rome, Florence and Venice with train transfers between Rome and Florence and Florence and Venice with flights from Edinburgh to Rome and Venice to Edinburgh!
The TRAVELCREW staff I dealt with were Michael Smith and Cooper Harris!
This was a complete nightmare from start to finish! We had to consistently chase TRAVELCREW up for our travel documentation! Finally we got our outbound flight details on Friday evening , for an early morning Sunday flight! Despite Michael Smith promising us that all hotels and trains had been booked this appeared to be untrue! During discussions with Cooper Harris, on the Saturday evening before we flew to Rome on the Sunday morning, he advised that TRAVELCREW were having trouble with their vendors and that they did not have the accommodation voucher for our Rome Hotel! He asked if we could pay for our accommodation and keep the receipt for full reimbursement! Cooper Harris promised that the problem would be fixed by close of play on the Monday and that all outstanding travel and accommodation documents would be with us! During a further discussion with Cooper Harris on Monday he advised that the issue with TRAVELCREW’s third part vendors had not been resolved and again he asked that we pay for our transport costs , keep receipts and send them to him for full reimbursement! Basically, we were left to get on with it as TRAVELCREW did not respond to my messages or answer my calls!
Due to a lack of confidence in TRAVELCREW and due to not hearing from them regarding our flights home, despite numerous requests made by us for information, we decided to book our flights from Venice to Edinburgh our selves!
We returned home and sent Cooper Harris our receipts for reimbursement as agreed! Cooper Harris advised me that he couldn’t reimburse me as TRAVELCREW’s bank were having difficulty in transferring the funds to my account due to technical difficulties! Cooper Harris initially stated that TRAVELCREW could not reimburse me until they received money back from their third party vendors even although I pointed out that our contract was with TRAVELCREW and not their vendors! He suggested that I raise a Credit Card Dispute with my bank and requested that I did not mention the technical issues that TRAVELCREW’s bank were having!
I have written a formal note of complaint to TRAVELCREW requesting a written response which has not been forthcoming!
To summarise, I’m unsure if TRAVELCREW and their staff are incompetent, dishonest, running a SCAM or having severe financial difficulties!!!! Or maybe all of the above!
As of yet we have not received any reimbursement and I have raised a Credit Card Dispute with my bank which is a lengthy process!
Please don’t touch TRAVELCREW with a barge pole- absolute joke of a company who are happy to take your money promise everything and deliver nothing with non existent customer support!

Was contacted by David from Travelcrew today, after I sent an email demanding reimbursement of £238 taken by them for additional fees regarding a flight.
Like others we purchased a trip through Wowcher, Wowcher have refunded us completely, without too much trouble.
However, despite my efforts, Travelcrew have ignored requests for call back, until today, I used ChatGPT to assist with a firmly worded email, citing Trading Standards and Chargeback claim.
David called today and basically told me to use the banks Chargeback to retrieve my money.
Hopefully I will be reimbursed.
Time will tell.

We have been further advised via Wowcher that Travel Crew are no longer servicing customers. We are owed £238 by this company. Do not book with them!

Dreadful service, avoid at all costs. They mislead you into thinking you're getting a cheap deal on a holiday but offer you dreadful flight options, and a restriction on the hotels that were advertised in the description. Once they have your money they won't give it back and they stick you with "we can offer you a direct flight and a better hotel if you pay an extra X amount per person" (in my case it was £200 extra per person. It's criminal. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this company to operate under their Umbrella. Seriously avoid. I hope people see this before falling into their trap.

If I could give this ‘company’ zero stars I would.
My husband bought a voucher from Wowcher for £465 for a 4 night stay on the Botel in Amsterdam. This was a very generous birthday gift for me.
On redeeming the voucher he was put in touch with ‘Steven’ at Travelcrew who explained that the flights were very late out on departure day and very early inbound on the return date effectively losing at least one day of the trip. The departure airport offered was some distance from our home. Steven proceeded to suggest alternative flights and airport which were more attractive as an ‘upsell’ and my husband duly paid an additional £198.
He received a carefully worded ‘pre-confirmation’ email with our itinerary and replied to Travelcrew to agree all details were correct. Travel documents were promised for 14 days before departure.
Needless to say these never arrived and, on chasing, Steven advised we would receive documents 7 days before departure.
Our flight departed at 06.00 this morning, we are not on it as Steven and Travelcrew never sent any details of our trip and, they are in breach of contract. My husband is out of pocket by almost £700.
Shame on you Travelcrew and shame on Wowcher who continue to peddle these non existent holidays.
We will not stop chasing until a full refund is received.
I am disgusted by the ‘service’ provided by this shambles of a company.
Ignore any good reviews, the staff coerce you to review your initial conversation with them which bears no resemblance to the service they fail to deliver.

Travel Crew were a partner company to Wowcher. After purchasing a trip to Rome they gave us a call and made us buy another voucher as ours was only for one person. They then persuaded us to go for a more direct flight, all of which ended up costing over £300. They promised tickets and hotel confirmation 2 weeks before our holiday but as our holiday approached, we did not receive either. We then contacted them and Wowcher only to find out it was all a scam! We are now working very hard to get all of our money back- DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THESE PEOPLE!

We booked a trip to Paris via wowcher which was dealt with very quickly and easily via Steven, we waited on our documents arriving 14 days after confirming which should have been just before Christmas… never arrived. Gave them benefit on doubt that it’s Christmas may be busy, called in January to be told that it’s 14 days prior to travel, left it until the day after this called again to be told no it’s 7 days before. Currently due to fly next week, waiting a call back from a senior which I am doubtful will happen before we take this further to police and fraud team. We’ve also emailed and received no response. We have Contacted the hotel who have a reservation for us, but the flight company have no details of us being booked on the agreeed flight.

These are complete scammers, after multiple calls and the constant, we will contact you 24hours later with information, this is information from Cooper, Stephen and Chris, but isn't there real names, to calling them the day before them saying the flights n all that was not booked, we done a 3day break to bosnia for my partners boy who wanted to spend time in the snow because the UK simply dont get it, (my partners boy is very uoset and distraught) then they wanted extra for flights, they also changed the hotel that was advertised, this has been constant over the past 2-3weeks and then on the 6th, they had said about the flights and holiday not even being booked, they are simply low life scum of the earth, also just for everyones information they state they are ATOL PROTECTED, when infactwe had been in touch with ATOL and they do not have travel crew on there records, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience of this company and would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
After multiple emails and text messages, this company is still withholding £160 of my money. To date, I have received only £28 in refunds, despite the fact that no holiday experience was provided. More concerning is that they are now completely ignoring all attempts at communication.
This booking was made as a holiday experience for my parents. What should have been an enjoyable and memorable occasion was instead ruined due to the company’s failure to deliver the service paid for and their refusal to resolve the matter professionally.
The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer care is unacceptable. Retaining customer funds without providing the agreed service, and then failing to respond when challenged, is not how any reputable business should operate.
I am now seeking advice from the Financial Ombudsman Service, as I believe this treatment falls well below acceptable standards and may constitute a breach of consumer rights.
I regret ever engaging with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

– Breach of Contract / Breach of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018
I entered into a contract for a package holiday supplied by Travel Crew, booked via Wowcher and paid for using Clearpay. The holiday was not delivered, and no part of the contracted travel services was provided.
This constitutes non-delivery of services and a breach of contract, as well as a breach of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, specifically:
• Regulation 13, which places responsibility for the performance of the package travel contract on the organiser; and
• Regulation 14, which requires the organiser to provide appropriate remedies where travel services are not performed; and
• Regulation 15, which requires a full refund without undue delay where the package cannot be delivered.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly with Travel Crew, no adequate remedy has been provided. Travel Crew has repeatedly sought to deflect responsibility to third parties, despite being the organiser and therefore legally responsible for fulfilment of the package holiday under the Regulations.
Communication has been inadequate, lacking transparency and failing to meet the standards expected of a travel organiser operating under UK consumer protection law. The continued failure to provide the contracted services or issue a prompt refund has resulted in financial loss and avoidable distress.
All correspondence and transaction records have been retained, and this matter has been escalated for review by the Civil Aviation Authority and Trading Standards. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Travel Crew and advise consumers to exercise extreme caution.
