This company is a joke now.
I had my rhino done in 2016 when the patient coordinators were proper coordinators and not thieves who now lure you into paying £50 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT but after your consultation they ignore all of your calls and emails!
I came for a consultation for a facelift after being rejected by many other clinics advising that it’s not needed/
The surgeon was excellent and very confident but just not happy with the way the patient coordinators lie about the refundable deposit.
I will be contacting my bank now as I have all the evidence regarding it being refundable!

Everything started nicely. I contacted them online and was phoned the next day by a friendly lady who told me for a refundable £50 i could get an appointment to be seen for a consultation. The consultation ran 20 mins late as someone was late to the office. The receptionist kept making tea and coffee and assuring us it shouldnt be long. she apologised as she passed by and since it was a train delay there was nothing that could be done about it. The consultation was fine no issues at all.
I had to call about the refund after waiting for it to be returned only to be told it was NOT refundable, it was a deposit for the surgery that I wasnt sure i would be having. Annoying but just a miscommunication.
I then asked for the information taken at that consultation to be sent to me as its my information and I want to have it for my own records. There was a no answer. I was still being texted by their marketing - the same number that had phoned me about setting up the consultation - so I replied asked for my information. No response. I tried again a few weeks later. No response. I sent an email through their website - the same way that I initally contacted them and was replied to the next day - no response.

They have shown no care about my legal right to my information or the right to be forgotten, they have shown a distinct lack of regard for clear communication and I have no faith that they have any regard for your medical safety either. AVOID.

I originally went to Burcot Hall in Bromsgrove 0ct 2024 to have knee replacement. However l was told l needed to lose weight and get my BMI down to 45.After reaching that target in May 2025 l was booked in for surgery and paid over 12k.Then a week before the operation in July l was eventually told Burcot Hall was not being used so then told to go to Practice Plus in Birmingham. The Surgeon there said l was still too heavy but my knee was too complex for them. I was then told l needed my hip replacement first went back to Birmingham and another consultant also didn't want to do my hip
It's taken 6 weeks to get my money back from then.
Don't use them.Their administration is terrible, some of their staff are helpful but most of the time you leave emails and messages and they don't reply.The last year has been a real issue on my mental health and finally l am having hip surgery very soon Apparently transform lost their CQC rating so they told me lies Burcot Hall is a lovely place and still working as a hospital

Transform in Edinburgh payed 10 year insurance. Now names have been changed and I have no cover after paying double I would have payed abroad for peace of mind . Very confused and disappointed

MY OLD REVIEWS HAVE BEEN DELETED. TRANSFORM HAVE BEEN USING TOXIC IMPLANTS. I HAD MINE BACK IN 2012. THESE IMPLANTS WERE RECALLED IN 2019. NO WARNING WHATSOEVER. NOTHING. NO OFFER TO CHANGE OR REMOVE THEM.
THEY ARE CALLED TEXTURED ALLERGAN IMPLANTS. PLEASE CHECK WHAT YOU HAD PUT IN. CAUSES SERIOUS CANCERS.

Would not recommend what so ever!! Complete failure, no help regards to anything, company went bust and handed over to others 6 months with no adjustments etc but that time can not be added on by the new company. Now in pain etc been in hospital etc this year want it removed i HAVE TO PAY for this!! They literally just want your money!! Absolute shambles the old & new owners! 2 years ago and no weight loss because the after care is ridiculous!

Went for much needed post Operative appointment with Mr Sullaiman (which was revision surgery) and had to traipse all the way to Birmingham from London on a Sunday only to find clinic was cancelled but they didnt bother to tell me? No text / no email / no voice mail?
Twelve weeks post Op and no surgeon review and now they say they don’t have to provide that.
Six weeks on from cancelled clinic- Mr Sullaiman has left completely with no explanation, no refund on my wasted journey and still no surgical review. Just a nurse appointment offered and I’ve seen her twice for her to tell me the same thing: “you need to see the surgeon”.

I remain with undiagnosed pain.

Beyond shocking lack of customer care!
I agree they only want your money and then disregard you.
Apparently even the CEO has left.

I wouldn’t recommend this lot to anyone!

ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! I had a uplift and implants in May 2021 that didn't heal leaving my breasts and nipples covered in open wounds. After a year of backwards and forward to clinics (when i could actually get in contact with anyone at all) and nurses my surgeon decided i needed revision surgery as the tissue was that bad he would need to cut it out. I was told it was my body rejecting the stitches and there maay be knots and stitches burried deep causing this, and this was normal! I was relieved as i was constantly wrapped in dressings as both breasts constantly ozzed and leaked puss and blood. July 2022 i had the revision surgery but just as the forst time trying to get in contact with anyone for follow up appointments was terrible no one actually cared. Again open wounds lasted months (not as severe as the fist time but still open, sore, leaking ect. Finally got in to see my surgeon Mr Suliaman who again decided my left nipple would need all the scarring cut out for the wound to heal. Waited months again to hear anything about surgery, rang one day to be told they were not doing it unless i paid again!! I originally paid £10,000! Very snotty emails about how the company has changed hands ect and they had only taken on so many customers aftercare packages. May 2024 and still i have a open wound on my left nipple that has to be constantly dressed as it weeps and bleeds. I used my savings to make myself happy and confident in my body and have ended up enduring 3 years off hell in the "care" off this company, and still no end is in sight.

The company changed names after my procedure 2 year ago and the post-op service has been nothing short of appalling. The surgeon who did my procedure no longer works for the company and no other surgeon will agree to do the revision surgery I need. I will end up paying to go elsewhere even though they should be doing the revision surgery I wouldn't touch them if you paid me. I've had cancelled appointments with no explanation or offer of a follow up. The reviews on here speak for themselves. Every other clinic I have spoken to have had nothing good to say about the group or the work done.

I experienced a good surgery and my consultant was great. However, the organisation of transform is awful. My pre and post operative care was greatly mismanaged.

Transform work collaboratively with smaller clinics. They send patients to these clinics. The communication between them and the clinics is very poor. Therefore, my advice to anyone considering surgery would be to go directly to the smaller clinics. Miss out the middle man of transform.

I am current going through a complaints procedure with them. They are trying to blame my availability however I made my availability very clear before money changed hands. Once money had changed hands, they became a lot less flexible.

DO NOT USE!!!

I went in for an uplift and renewal of breast implants !! My scaring was hideous - all dues they did get another surgeon to fix!

BUT I’m left with out of shape breasts and 1 very Visable larger breast !!

I paid over £8,000! With 3 years aftercare!!

What aftercare! There isn’t any!!

I didn’t hand that over thinking I’d come out looking worse than what I went in!!

One breast bigger than the other after paying that much money!!

They don’t care - They’re not prepared to fix unless I hand over another £3500 !!

Why would the surgeon purposely put in one implant bigger than the other!!??

My mental health has hit an all time low!! I don’t feel comfortable in my own body!!

They use the excuse that the company went into administration and the new buyer isn’t obliged to keep to the aftercare!!

If you look them up - This company has gone into administration and changed names almost every year! If that doesn’t scream tax fiddle!!

As it appears my last review has been deleted which is I’m sure illegal I’ll write it again! If I could give them minus I would they have ruined my life! I was burnt severely during breast augmentation by electric and scared all over my cleevage I was promised revision surgery and the earth! But even after everything they have put me through they still egnore me and never get back to me. How any company can treat people like they have me is unbelievable and they should be closed down. They replied to my previous review promising to get in touch to sort it out obviously for the benefit ofother potential customers. That was 6 months ago and still nothing avoid this company at all costs

Had breast augmentation back in 2016, been advised by doctor my inplant has folded and may have leaked into breast tissue which is dangerous and will need to be removed asap . I paid 10 year warranty so that by rights Transform should replace my inplant for free, it states in their old brochure ( even if transform no longer exists then the warranty still stands) yet today I’ve received an email from them saying because they have been taken over by Transform holding, that they don’t take any liability from transforming lives even though I PAID A 10 YEAR WARRANTY! Like all the other reviews I hope this wasn’t true but looks like if you’ve had surgery by them previous and it goes wrong they won’t carry out after care even if you pay for extra warranty. Very quick to chase you for sales and consultation but won’t look after you after. Such a shame because when I had my surgery I thought it was such an amazing company and experience and now there is no way I am paying for revised surgery when firstly my implants should not of folded and secondly under warranty. By the looks of it this has happened to others if I don’t get an explanation or acceptance that they may need to carry out surgery FOC then I will be taking this further as my body is now potentially under danger .

My experience with transform has been really good, efficient, and professional for start to finish Megan has been really good always there at the other end of the phone to answer call and txt to help and kept me in the loop the staff at pines clinic from the receptionist who greeted me and was really friendly the the two nurses who looked after also not forgetting my surgeon has made my experience a pleasure and all been fantastic happy with my results would recommend.

I had a telephone consultation yesterday with Megan and she was so helpful and answered all of my questions regarding a surgery would highly recommend having a chat with the people at transform !!!

Really positive experience from speaking to Megan right through to post surgery. Megan was fantastic in booking dates and answering all of my questions. The staff at Burcott Hall were amazing and my surgeon was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend

AVOID ‘Transform Healthcare Holdings' at all costs. They have conveniently renamed themselves and are refusing to take responsibility for providing the revision surgery that they had promised to me since July 2021. Despite having consulted with Mr. Frati and Mr. Lahoud on multiple occasions, who had agreed to revise my rhinoplasty, the company has now gone into administration and is reneging on their commitments. As a result, I have been left with a deviated septum, a dorsal bump, and a nose that constantly runs. Additionally, they have unsubscribed from ISCAS, an independent complaints adjudication service, which makes it impossible to hold them accountable. Furthermore, they have restricted comments on their Instagram account due to negative feedback. I have managed to connect with other patients who have had similar experiences and will be taking legal action against them!"

From pick up by my driver Gerbel Singh he made the drive to the hospital very interesting and relaxing. We chatted all the way about subjects close to my heart one being drug and alcohol addiction and the effect it has on their loved ones. Gerbel was kind caring and helpful and I would recommend him as a driver to anyone especially going into hospital.

I have previously posted a review explain how awful this company is and how Dr. Khalil cannot be trusted.

Following this, Transforming Lives emailed me threatening me to take my review down or they will revoke my insurance. Further to this, they have now reported my complaint to trustpilot saying they do not believe my complaint is genuine and therefore trustpilot have removed my complaint.

I have emailed trustpilot proof the company threatened me and proof they have acknowledged their care has fallen way below standard.
