I speak with Michael and she is great to talk to and is very helpful and knowledgeable of what she is doing! I fell well covered by Trajector Medical!

The company presented a claim that I had not been able to see what they had written. Some of it was never ,ever, shown to me and authourized by me to be sent in as a claim . This false claim has stopped me from making my claim now for over a year. I had asked for a letter fom them throwing out their claim all together.... non has arrived yet The people do not do their jobs well at all.

I mean the cost is high but they explain everything to you at the beginning. They clearly explain the processs, what they can and can’t do, how much you are going to pay, and if you don’t get compensation or an increase in compensation you don’t pay anything. I have tried several times to file for a comp and pen increase and claim multiple new diagnoses with flat out denials. Used them to file and they even figured out what to file that I didn’t know claim, and within a month went from 10% to 30% with multiple diagnoses still pending. Now the way I see it, half of something for 10 months is better the whole lot of nothing that I had before. So I’m not sure if they have changed policies and used to charge for the services with no results and I just didn’t fall into that category or situation to get scammed, but I’ll gladly give part of my resulting forever cash verses not get anything at all. I would give them a try if you’ve tried attorneys with either the attorney not seeing the profits or likelihood of VA approval to even represent you, other companies wanting payments up front with no guaranteed results for filing, or just plain old just sick of dealing with the process, all of which I’ve dealt with for years, just to see if they can make something shake.

The company has a professional and efficient staff that guides you through the process. Once you start by making the first call, it's quick. It may sound expensive when you are told how the company charges for rating increases or even getting a rating, the reality is your not receiving anything or less than you deserve if you do nothing. It a a win win if you are intelligent enough to use reason. I served 20 years and went 24 years later with a low rating be of where I stated a claim. All VA'S are not the same as they should be si ce this is a federal agency. Perhaps they got better after three wars and thousands of suicides. Don't waste your time listening to "Thank you for your service". That never solved my problems. I had to retire from work early because of my disabilities and now 10 years later I am getting what I feel is deserved. I was a airborne grunt if that matters. No matter what your job was, you are entitled and thank you for your service was a write off from the Vietnam War. It doesn't help my disability one bit. But call trajector if you want a life changing experience that can and will improve your quality of life. Thanks to trajector, I am not facing homelessness.

Company took me through the whole process of my VA claim. Excellent customer service. FAST and very efficient with everything..HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The claim process was expedient and thorough by the medical professionals of Trajector.

Great people to work with, kind knowledgeable and professional. It is sometimes hard to get through to the person you are calling for but the customer service staff does a good job of passing the info on to the correct person.

They went through all my medical info and were able to get a monthly payment to me from the VA. Long process, but productive. I recommend them to everyone

All the personnel were very professional and efficient. The nurse was extremely knowledgeable and thorough! She did an excellent job of getting my information put together and worded correctly for the VA administration. It was worth the money that is being paid to them for their services! I got my rating quickly!

They are sincere in their desire to help veterans. I will contact them again when I retire next year.

I went from an 80% rating to a 90% rating. I had a head injury and don't remember details very well.
I don't even remember the date this happened. So, I put in the date that it would let me put in.

Without Trajector helping me with my medical evidence and paperwork, it would have taken years to get what I rightfully deserved. Take the advice of a combat veteran who didn’t think he needed help. Make the initial call. They are wonderful and helpful to deal with…..

They were very pro active and right in point. Every appointment was scheduled and seemed flawless and thorough too. Though I had to pay for the services it was very fast and going through the VA it just seemed to take quite awhile too
