DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY COMING HERE! Honestly had such a really bad experience.
The staff who greet you have to be nice for you to stay
Then you get followed around the place
Someone then comes and asks what your looking for and what your budget is
While you’ve told them this information they’ve got back to there colleagues and told them everything plus while slagging you off behind your back
Then once you’ve set your eyes on a car more of them come over to you offering you deals between them self’s
I don’t think there’s 1 genuine good person in that building!!
We then purchased a car put a deposit down
Run the finance then came back to us demanding more money!!
Iv never felt as uncomfortable as I have in my life!
We then drove the car the same day
3 DAYS AFTER HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AFTER PROBLEMS!!!
Trying to get hold of them is like pulling teeth what ain’t ready to come out
DONT even get me started on the people who work in the after sales department
They don’t know their arse from their elbow😂
We had the car 4 weeks and we’d already been back 3 times out the 4weeks due to problems after problems
The last time it went in they kept it for 3 days even thou I had a time slot
Didn’t provide us with a courtesy car which was promised!!!!
So money was lost and hours at work was also lost!!!
Me and my partner had enough and we told them that this isn’t on and it’s an absolute joke how they’ve took the piss out of us
Finally after about 20 emails pushing the sales department for answers and update on a courtesy car
Our car was finally ready plus a courtesy car!
Wow how convenient 😂😂😂😂
They also promised other people of the public a courtesy car when they’ve got them all back but what they didn’t inform them was they was on the back of a long waiting list!!!
Then we got our car back and as they promised for their inconvenience they’d also top fuel up when on collection
Came to pick the car up and no fuel had been put in the car!
So they filled the car up £30 worth
Then one of the sales department people said
Really sorry and in the nicest way possible I hope to never see yous back here again!!!
WELL DONT SELL ME A FAULTY CAR TO START WITH or we wouldn’t have had to come back with multiple problems!!
QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR MONEY
NOT QUICK ENOUGH TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS!!!!

These people don’t care how you are or if they’ve hurt your feelings!
It’s there job to smile and to make you fall in love with a car
Once you’ve handed the money over they don’t wanna know you anymore
These people are all fine because they all have company cars so any faults and there’s gets fixed straight away!!!😅😅

The warm welcome that greeted me and wife when we arrived at reception they meaning jack at the Rochdale branch who introduced us to Craig they didn't pressure us they listened first then showed us what was in our budget when we found the car they then passed us on to a finance member of the team named Sam he was really friendly and welcoming talked up through everything and made us feel relaxed after that was passed on the another member of the finance team she can remember her name but she was great with us waiting to see if we were able to get credit which we did and was able to drive away that day in a beautiful new car that I hope lasts a good while so thank you all the team yours faithfully Mick Joyce

Excellent Customer Service with One Area for Improvement
From the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom, the team made us feel very welcome. Jack took the time to explain the layout of the showroom, how the pricing worked, and the information displayed on the windscreen tickets. We were able to browse without any pressure, which we really appreciated.
We handed over the keys to our Mercedes A180 for a trade-in valuation, as the car was no longer suitable for our family's needs. After spending around 30 minutes looking around, we found a Jeep Compass Crusader, which was quite a change from our previous vehicle. We also looked at a similar model, and the team kindly moved both vehicles out of their parking spaces so that we could inspect them properly.
Once we received a valuation for our Mercedes, we decided to proceed with the Jeep. We discussed additional items such as alloy wheel protection, car mats, a tracker, and other extras. During the negotiation process, Jack brought in a senior salesperson to assist, which helped us reach an agreement that suited everyone.
We then met with a member of the team who explained the extended vehicle cover options, before completing the purchase with Sam. I must say that Sam is an amazing asset to the team. He made the entire transaction clear, straightforward, and comfortable for both myself and my wife. His professionalism, patience, and customer care were outstanding, and I hope the management team recognises how valuable he is. He was genuinely brilliant throughout the process.
The only disappointing part of the experience came during the trade-in assessment. After a mechanic inspected our car, we were informed that three items required attention, resulting in additional costs of around £300. This came as quite a shock, as I would have expected this assessment to take place much earlier in the process, ideally when we first handed over the keys. Being presented with these costs later at the latter of the purchase a little frustrating.
To be fair, the manager handled the situation well and agreed to reduce the cost, which was appreciated. However, I do feel the process could be improved by carrying out the mechanical inspection earlier, as it would create a smoother and more transparent customer experience.
Overall, I would happily recommend the team and this location. The customer service was excellent, particularly from Jack and Sam, and with a small improvement to the trade-in assessment process, the experience would be even better.

From start to finish, an easy process. The salesperson listened, then got his manager to try and find a car in my price bracket. What a great deal I walked away with. I took out the extras, which weren’t forced on me. They simply explained what they were, and the benefits. Needless to say, for a small expenditure I’ve got piece mind.

Everything explained very quickly but did take a few hours to complete but worth it would highly recommend

Great choice of cars for someone who isn’t sure what they want. The sales assistants were super friendly specifically Stephan, approachable, and genuinely supportive without being pushy. I spent hours looking at different cars, sitting in them, and working out what would be the best fit for me, and they were patient and happy to help throughout. They made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car.

No sales pressure, really helpful staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The amount of financial and emotional strain we have been under due to trusting that their Rochdale branch would sell us a decent car! I wish I had researched more on the feedback and reviews. We found health hazards issues like mould and rust inside the car amongst other things, exercised our right to reject within 16 hours and 4 months later still not been able to get our money back! Very disappointed! Please do your research before buying! The staff only seem to be nice before you buy once you bought the car and need their assistance or reject the car the nice customer service goes down the drain.

Excellent experience

They sold me a car that had mould and steering issues that i rejected after 16 hours and activated my right to rejection under the consumers right act and im still fighting after 4 months.

Went in today and found the car I wanted, went through all the checks, agreed on a deposit and monthly payment. Everything was in place ready for me to drive my new car away. I was trading my car in and they’d already done all the checks and offered me a deal that I was happy with, only then for them to tell me that there was a discrepancy in the mileage on my car, 3 MOT’s and it was obvious that there had been a mistake on a previous MOT, but had been corrected on my last one. They then decided to drop the offer on my car by £900. As a supposedly reputable dealer, they should be able to see that this was an obvious mistake by the garage.

We spent over 2 hours waiting to be seen and then they decided to tell me this.

Visited the Rochdale branch, a friendly young lady called Malaikah attended to my husband and I, she answered all our questions well, had a good customer services experience, we were able to drive out with the car we wanted.
