We used TQ Law for our sale and purchase and all I can say is they were brilliant. We had team JMA representing us and they are the best solicitors we have ever used. We mainly spoke to Kathryn with all the process and she was so responsive with any enquiries we had. Our estate agents were very impressed.

I was dubious at iorst, because the price was competitive, and so was my estate agent...But i must say it has been well worth it!

The team here, and I mean team, respond quickly to enquiries, make things very clear and have just been a joy to work with.

I'm selling and buying a property, and I will be recommending these to anyone that will listen. Previous experience with solicitors I have used and those linked to sales/purchases from up and down chain have all been frustrating, but this team really do work well.

The sales/purchase is almost complete, and if the other solicitors / conveyancers had been as good as TQ Law, I think it would have been completed a month or two earlier.

TQ were excellent at steering us through a difficult transaction. It is said that moving house is a very stressful business but TQ helped tremendously and keeping us informed. Thank you.

The main thing you need from a solicitor is good communication. I had Katie Comins at TQ Law as my contact when selling my house and she was brilliant as I got regular updates on what was happening, was always at the end of the phone if I needed her and rang me back if she wasn’t available. The service was that good I am going to ask Katie to represent me again for the sale or another house and maybe even a purchase of a new house…
Another positive is the service was cheaper than other solicitors I got quotes off. All round I am a very happy customer!!

I am an experienced property investor and have had the opportunity to deal with several conveyancers throughout the years and I can hands down say that TQ Law (specifically Katie Comins) is somebody that I would highly recommend.

She is diligent, proactive and will take the time to respond to emails or answer any questions you may have. There were a few stumbling blocks along the way which meant for a trickier process than anticipated but Katie dealt with this extremely professionally and made sure that my purchase went through on time as intended.

Really great service from TQLAW. Our sale was very long and protracted but they stuck with it through all the issues and pitfalls and we finally got a successful completion after over a year with one sale falling through and the other taking an age.
