Abi, Katie and the rest of the Team assigned to me have been amazing regarding the service provided for what is my first-time home purchase. They've all been highly professional and were extremely quick in responding back to queries that i would send through regarding the process.

Everything what you want from a solicitor- EXCELLENT and speedy communication with the client (me) and other solicitors and estate agents in the chain. Katie has been amazing and if not for her hard work I am not sure if we would be sitting in our new home right now!

Everything went through smoothly, although it wasn't a complicated sale so I wasn't expecting problems.
The "portal" didn't give me much in the way of updates. It only seemed to have four "milestones".
Email communication went well. So I could keep in touch.
