If perfection could be described in two words. It would be Toyland Treasures. Truly a great experience.

This website has a great range of toys. I made a mistake on my shipping address and the owner promptly responded helping me fix the problem. I would highly recommend this store, hard to find businesses that care about their customers.

Outstanding customer service and a pleasure to work with. I encountered an issue with my purchase, and they promptly and courteously resolved it.

My young daughter loves dinosaur train. Unfortunately, as a long finished show, it's next to impossible to get the toys in the UK. I was concerned this site was a scam as even with the postage included, it goes for over three times the cost i paid for it over here. Well, outside my budget for a toy for a young child. But i took a punt, and im glad i did. She now has a christmas present that arrived in excellent condition and very fast that I'd never been able to afford her otherwise.

I was trying to track down a cabbage patch dolls for my youngest granddaughter, and found this shop on line. I rang first and spoke to the owner to get the exact doll I wanted. He was so helpful and I ended up ordering another 2 dolls. There was a mistake with one of the smaller dolls being different but they quickly sent me out another one that was in a package of two and didn't charge me even though I offered numerous times. Fantastic customer service and communication. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you so much for you help.

I texted them and they got back to me in like 10s ?!😭😭 asking about my order, as they sent me a wrong one (well as there were 2 versions and they both look 90% identical). they solved my issues within less than 2 mins, let me keep the order and sent me a new one within the same day. Wellpp that put a big smile on my face hahahahah. Thank you, will definitely order again!!

Excellent shipping and service. I did have one problem i ordered 2019 bakugan Trox ultra it was advertised as the limited diamond chase variant but I received a regular one.

What made my experience was that the level of customer service by the team at Toy Land treasures they go above and beyond.

My son is autistic and so the choice of toys was imperative to suit his skill level and intellectual level.

The team at toyland responded to my email with enthusiasm, No task was too small or too big for them.

They were extremely helpful and selected toys that suited him.

They listen to their customers, If there's a preference of toys that you want to see in your box they listen they care!

Highly recommend to toy land treasures especially the mystery boxes, are a great value for Money and they packed with love and care get yourself one Today you won't be sorry !

I found a toy that I could only find in the US (the Frozen jewellery box).
The item arrived as described and quickly. The site was easy to navigate and there was a variety of toys to choose from. Highly recommend.

Accidentally came across Toyland Treasures while searching for a gift online for my grandson. They were the only site to have exactly what I wanted. I ordered it on the Wednesday morning and it arrived Thursday afternoon! I was amazed at the prompt customer service and delivery. Found them through a search for a Pokémon product on Shopify the evening before its public release. Took a chance on this small shop and could not have been happier with the experience - my order was dispatched express the next day and reached me in immaculate condition the day after that. The value for money was excellent for such a scarce product. I also received a coupon to use for my next order. Thanks Toyland Treasures :)

Very quick shipping as paid express, and seemingly good prices, but clearly a knock off toy. We purchased a large Bingo (from Bluey) plush, and she arrived quickly. The quality of the plush was obviously not that of the official plush toys from the Bluey franchise. The toy was just wedged in a "bluey" box, unstead of secrured as they are in the shops. The materials used are cheap, completely the wrong colours and the seams have multiple defects/holes and she is a weird, round shape. We own the official large Bluey plush that matches, and the differences are glaring. Luckily, my three year old loved her anyway. I get annoyed every time I see the toy. Buyer beware, I guess. I will not shop from here again.

Bought the outdoor chalk paint set for my kids and it’s been brilliant. They’ve been outside every afternoon drawing and painting all over the driveway. I love that it encourages them to be creative and active at the same time. Delivery was quick too—very impressed.
