signed up for back links and promised 500 by the end of the month. Operator lied to us on the phone and have made loads of phones calls to complain. was told the complaints/retention team will call me back. but have had no contact at all with them. they have now cancelled my account but left the direct debt in place. No sign of my refund! I was given false and fraudulent info from the sales team in order to get me to sign up. I have sought legal advice from our company solicitor. We have all the recordings of the misrepresentations are going to pursue with action.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

They claim to be some kind of directory enquiry service but they charge you as soon as you click on a link to their site!! No authorisation process or acceptance process it appears to be immediate and is astronomical prices!! £10 for 3 days access and immediately added to your mobile bill!! No answer at their offices either so no chance of a refund. I shall be contacting the police as I feel this may be some kind of Internet/mobile scam

I have bought many cars over the years and I can say with all honesty that Blackworth cars of Wroughton Wilts offer the most friendly and efficient, honest, buying experience that I have had to date and that includes new dealer networks.
I am yet to test the warrantee, but I expect that will be of the same calibre as the rest of their services.

I had a few calls earlier on in the contract. Not renewed this time round. MIght just not be for our business.

Spent £2000 with them and Touch Local who are the same company and you would think they would look after you, no they took the money and did not even put in the keywords I asked for? Customer Service is really bad. Asked for my money back and not a chance. If you are a new customer better to flush your money down the toliet as it will end up with the same results. Stick with Google.
