Its not my first time ordering, as we love the handbags. They are very clear on delivery times and kept me updated all the time. Never was I felt out of the 'hoop'. The packaging was also better than the first time. Nice box and some tissue. Bag is amazing and we just love the lux feel it gives. Thank you TOTESLUXUK. I had high hopes for this company based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. My bags arrived late, which was frustrating. Now, after finally using them, they both make an annoying squeaky noise around the handles. I expected better quality for the price, and the lack of support from customer service just adds to the frustration- I've emailed them over a week ago about the issue with both my bags and still haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t recommend this brand based on my experience.

Love this bag, I got the grey large “london” bag and it’s beautiful. The stitching is amazing and the gold hardware is a nice beautiful touch. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it.

It was a great experience! Good quality and to me looks exactly like the real thing. They have a great selection of colours to choose from already. I’m definitely going to get more, but 100% would love to see some more muted tones (just a personal preference really haha). The bag took a couple of weeks to arrive, so not bad at all. Price is good, especially considering the cost of the real thing! 10/10, definitely going to buy again. Love it!

Great bags - not leather but excellent textile and quality.
