We recently had our first phone call with Henna from torc24, she was friendly and made me feel at ease instantly, she really took the time to help me understand the process and waited patiently whilst I got answers to her questions sorted, considering she picked up the phone close to her finishing time at no point did she make me feel rushed or that I was taking up to much of her time. Thanks Henna!

Absolutely disgraceful service, refused to work with our mortgage adviser, because our adviser found us a better deal, they want you to take out a complex mortgage because it makes them more money.
Deep Patel was obstructive, argumentative, doesn’t have a clue what he is doing at all. He put us under so much stress for no reason what so ever, all because we were not falling for the lies we were being told. Never again will we use Torc24. Horrific experience

Amazing experience, the whole process was seamless. They walked me through every step and made the process infinitely easier. Dean, Marc and David all are pros at their jobs and I would highly recommend the service.

Nothing has changed. A bit confused done the affordability assesment it came back with 46.8% I was like "GREAT" someone called me back as and said that they put the child benefit element in the wrong box. I don't know how exactly when it was in the right box stating "other income child benefit". they then put it "right" and surprise surprise the percentage jumped to 61% and there fore Its now not affordable to me. I asked for them to send it to me and I'm still sitting here waiting for the excel file 😂 absolutely ridiculous. Next time don't try make me change a review next time. Sort yourselves out! I'm not changing this review this time around!

Stuart Allen has vast knowledge and experience in the industry. From the start until the end he has been so helpfull. I got my mortgage in 4 days.
I will be definetly using Torc24 agin.
