Excellent. I’m a first time buyer and was taken through the steps by several of the TORC24 team. Everything was put into layman’s terms.

Alex Murison was very approachable and did a great job answering all of my questions regarding the specifics of individual mortgages (even some quite dull questions!). He was also kind enough to proactively contact me to move our appointment forward as fixed rates on mortgages were increasing throughout the day, to help me get the best offer possible.

Once settled on a mortgage provider Emma Vince took over the process. She kept me informed of how things were progressing and everything went smoothly from there.

Being a first time buyer is an incredibly stressful experience. With Torc24, however, it couldn't be more easier.
Really helpful and proactive team. We had one phone call with Stuart Allen, who was incredibly helpful and reassuring, prior to the actual mortgage application meeting. This gave us an opportunity to think about some additional questions and be prepared for the application meeting the next day. Stuart was knowledgeable, approachable and responsive (emails/phone calls). Great communication and customer skills.
Our application was then moved to Emma Vince for application processing. Emma was prompt and ever so helpful and clear in her communication. She called me this morning to inform me about the outcome of the application and sent over written information and FAQ for further reference.
I wish that everything in life would be so easy. Thanks Torc24 for your guidance through this new to us experience!

While Mark's service is absolutely 5 star, however, I had to give TORC24 an overall rating of only 4 stars as I did not have very good experience with admin staff who deal with phone calls and emails sent to info address of TORC24 were not dealt with at all or in a timely manner.

stressful however her knowledge and understanding got us to our dream home, so friendly and answered every question we had, highly recommend cannot thank her enough

The whole process was long, but kept informed every step of the way, once we put our reservation fee down and dealt with Alex to arrange our mortgage it took less than a week for an offer. Emma Vince is such a wonderful person, she always keeps you posted every step of the way, she really worked hard to see that the bank respond to us. I will recommend this company 100%, because of the experience I had with Emma Vince . I can’t be happier enough for her great help.

Torc24 was our broker for purchasing our first home. Alexander Graham was our main point of contact. From the first phone call to the last email in a span of several months, Alex and the team went out of their way, to help us understand every aspect of buying a house. We had researched it but there were many unanswered questions and the internet does not always give you clear answers. Alex was available when we needed it, there was no pushing for commitment in buying or keeping Torc24 as a broker.
All correspondence was very clear and if we did not understand something, it would be explained in simpler terms. Finding a first-time mortgage on your own is not easy, especially with all the paperwork and running around involved. We were given a list of everything that was needed from bank statements to income statements, outgoings etc and if something was missing, Alexander would give us a quick call and double check and inform us. Not a single time, over the span of nearly 4 months, did we feel pushed to speed up the process. My wife and I already have decided that, when the time comes to remortgage or find a new place, we will come back. We cannot fault this company. The reason we left our review for so long, was to see if anything would come afterwards - like a hidden fee or extra paperwork to sign etc... None of that happened. They are as advertised. Reliable, available and helpful.
