My daughter's prom gown arrived today from China. I could not tell where it would come from until it arrived. She is quite upset. It does not fit her custom measurements we sent. The hips are too tight, the bust is too large, the hem is too high on the left and no small trane like pictured online. Beading is and looks very cheaply done and not as pictured online. There are puckers across the dress pleating and it hangs crooked. The mid thigh slit goes all the way to her groin and is rounded at the top so I can't even pull it together without creating another pucker. She is very sad and I am out $150, should have known it was too good of a deal.

What was supposed to be an airy, light dress turned out to be heavy and thick. Not exactly breathable wear. USD 180 down the drain. For a refund, a zillion questions must be answered with all kinds of photographic evidence. I gave up and am stuck with a dress thats not wearable.
Also, location of company/warehouse/factory is stated nowhere in the website. Makes it kinda dubious.

we recieved the ordered Dress and the sleeves were not equal: the left one was/is o.k. but the right one is too short and not symmetric to the other one. I sent pictures to document the problem, asking about how to proceed and recieved the following message:

This is a) neither german nor english and b) NO, I don't understand at all! am i supposed to wear a Dress with two different sleeves and pay for it?!?
