COULD DO BETTER!
I ordered the item, a new camlock tool rest for my lathe, as the price was the best available on the web. The site was easy enough to use and navigate etc. but communication was distinctly lacking.
I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order, and it took 3 telephone calls to establish that the item was actually out of stock.
Once this had been established, things moved on very quickly, with my item actually being dispatched direct from the manufacturer, and arriving the next day!
The guy's at Toolite were very helpful eventually -- they just needed a nudge in the right direction!
All in all, not that bad a shopping experience, and I would use them again.
