I've been using this family-run business for the last 8 years and when it came time for me to start my own small manufacturing business I had nothing but help and assistance (as well as great prices) from Toolite. Their knowledge and stock as well as some helpful suggestions has earned my undying loyalty to this great company.

I'd never used or even heard of toolite before. I use Amazon for almost everything. When looking for my Charnwood 10" bandsaw, I thought I'd look around to see how competitive the price was. Toolite was £30 cheaper than Amazon! I couldn't ignore that. It had free delivery too. I expected that to take a week to arrive given the price but it arrived next day.

Very pleased and I've been browsing the site since. It's nice to be able to browse rather than having to search for what you want.

I have purchased Draper nailer/stapler for a great price. Got it delivered for free in couple of days. There was missing nails which should come with the the nailer. I did contact Toolite and they sent me some extra nails as a compensation. Communication with Toolite was on highest level. Would recommend Toolite in every way.

I ordered from Toolite as the router came at a good price, and with a free Trend 1/2" kitchen cutter. Quick delivery, well packaged and all as expected. I would use them again.

Toolite is the one stop shop for all items of tooling, family business and Roger ( the owner ) is very knowledgeable highly recommenced.

Excellent product saves breathing in dust when I do my woodturning.Would recommend to all woodturners.

i ordered my items as it said on the web they were in stock, i received a call the next day to say one item was out of stock and would take a month to get, as i wanted the item i said ok. Then i heard nothing so at the end of the month i sent a mail asking for info. one item in stock the other was still on back order.
i then sent an email to them saying i wanted a refund and amazingly the goods arrived the next working day.
Shame i had to chase for a result

Very impressed with Toolite I bought Mylands friction finishing polish and a Sorby detail tool very competitive prices and I was kept informed of the delivery I will buy from them again.

I first started buying from Toolite over 20 years ago when I moved to the Forest of Dean. Since then I have bought tools from them every year - lots of small bits and pieces and some quite expensive items for my business. The shop is in an old maltings and it's like a cave, stuffed full of tools, presided over by Roger who is a real fount of wisdom. Their service is very good and they have a lot of clout with the suppliers so if something does go wrong they can get it put right quickly. I recommend them.
