product good, however missing parts

I absolutely LOVE the product! Maybe I got a defective/broken one? the bong DOES NOT "fit" snugly into anything making it a loss of $ for me as is doesn't work/ have all the parts to make it function properly. Would LOVE for someone from the company to help fix that or I may want my $ back.

I have not recieved my purchase

I have not recieved my purchase. I ordered it for my hubby's birthday. It was never shipped out after the shipping label was made...they are refusing to send me a replacement for 21 days...and now it will not be here in time for my hubby's birthday. Very disappointed.

I have also reached out to customer service 2 times and was only responded to 1 time.

I am looking forward to receiving my piece and hope it is quality...but the process it is taking to recieve my order is extremely unsatisfactory.

Great Selection
