Customer service is non existent

Customer service is not their fine suit. Never received package. Never buying from them again. I work for a dispensary, and I send my patients to other sites and stores for their accessory needs. Before I sent them to this site, never again.

What product? Horrible customer service

Package was lost by mailman who “believes he dropped it off at my door when he scanned it and said it was at mailbox” so I’m out of a product and there’s “nothing” this company could do. Worse customer services I’ve encountered, not shopping with them again unfortunately.

Last year I received for my birthday a…

Last year I received for my birthday a banger with the two crystal balls that spin around when doing concentrates. I liked it so much I ordered one from your company.
Although they look exactly alike, the one from your company has a problem with the lid that came with the banger. It appears the lid does not match the size of the banger and thus does not work like the one I had received for my birthday last year.
This unit was never quality controlled before sending it out to a paying customer.

My peice wasn't very sturdy

My peice wasn't very sturdy, it tipped over (ON THE CARPET) and the bubbler inside broke off, the downstairs broke and snapped my new bucket all at the same time. Glass was thick around the base but very thin throughout the rest of the peice. Disappointed that my 160 dollar peice broke within a week of having it.

Toker Supply seems to be a very good…

Toker Supply seems to be a very good company. In the last several weeks I have purchased several different high quality products from them. There products are high quality, the website is well organized and easy to navigate, the shipping is free and quick, generally hard to say when items are sent through USPS but they seem to make it work with getting packages out the door quickly. One of the items I purchased was a combo set and it was missing two small items, I contacted them and they responded by notifying me that they sent the missing pieces within 1 day. Doesn’t get much better!

False advertising (kinda)

I’m giving them 3 stars because when I order my MJ mini jig it came with a broken banger & they sent me a new (upgraded) banger no problem buuuutttt I soon found out they are selling the older model that the original company no longer makes for more money then the new updated version I was a little upset... I paid $60 on MJarsenal’s website(the original company) & my husband paid $75 on tokers supply. I just feel like that’s false advertisement & they’re getting over on people. They need to list that it’s the old model & they should definitely lower the price.

Don't do it

So first off, that arrive by date... Throw that out the window because it'll be weeks before you get anything. Then once you actually receive a product, likely won't be the one you ordered because they never actually had that in stock. Next their customer service will play you, saying it isn't their fault must be USPS or even your's. After 24 days (just happens to be the same time you can finally cancel the order) they'll ship out something. When you reply and ask for the free exchange (they supposedly offer) for the product you actually ordered they'll charge you shipping and restocking fees.... CHARGE YOU, AGAIN, FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Just let that sink in. There's a total of 66 good reviews because they block the bad ones. I know I submitted one. If you're like me and have already made the mistake of dealing with this "company", your best bet is to simply refuse delivery... When it finally does show up.

Edit: They just replied, over 2 years later, with this mundane/unsincere apology that I'm guessing was copied and pasted to many many others
