I recently purchased my car from TMT, and the experience was outstanding. The service was exceptional from day one until the vehicle was picked up.

Moh went above and beyond his duties, exceeding all my expectations. Everything he described about the car was accurate, and thanks to the services provided, I can confidently say that my car feels like new and gives me peace of mind while traveling.

He made the entire process incredibly easy for me. I have never purchased a vehicle with such a sense of security and confidence.

Since I am not particularly skilled with paperwork, Moh assisted me in quickly obtaining my private license plate and, to my surprise, even covered the cost himself. Not to mention his kindness—he even filled up the tank before we left for London.

It was truly a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend TMT to everyone.

If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would. For me, this experience deserves more than a 10!

While it was a decent experience, I feel there’s room for improvement in some areas to make it exceptional. Overall, an average experience.

Excellent, respectful service and made you feel valued as a customer, even though far more exotic cars in showroom than the one I was interested in. Very good communication throughout and no pushy tactics at all. A refreshing change from other showrooms I had already visited.

We recently purchased an Audi Q8 from the guys at TMT Motor Company, and what an amazing experience it was.

At every point during and since the purchase the guys have been nothing short of excellent. When we started to look for a new(er) car, we contacted 5-6 dealers, only 3 bothered to reply, only 1 replied in direct response to my e-mail and answered the questions I asked, this included 2 Audi dealerships who when we visited showed little or no interest at all in selling a vehicle, yet Kris and the management of TMT all took time with us and helped in every way possible, so there was no way we would be buying from elsewhere and would happily recommend this team to anyone looking to make a purchase.

Recently bought my new car from TMT motor company, and since I first viewed the car the service I have received is 5 stars. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cars.

Really simple and straight forward process, Moh was transparent the whole time regarding time frames and condition of the car. Would definitely recommend.

Where do I start! In May 2023 I paid £175,000 for a Porshe 911 Turbo cabriolet. I drove the car away and was super excited as I'd never owned anything like this before. My wife and I set off on a European road trip a few days later and loved it.
On my return I expected the V5C to be in my post box, but this is where 15 months of anguish and frustration began. Instead of a new logbook in my name there was a letter from NOVA (the department of HMRC who deal with vehicle import duty). Despite having the car HPI checked prior to buying (showing no export marker), it turned out that the car had been taken abroad for 10 months but the paperwork hadn't been correctly completed when brought back into the UK. This meant an application to NOVA had to be made, followed by an application for a new logbook. The letter stated that the car wasn't permitted/illegal to be driven on the road until the whole thing was resolved and a logbook issued. I forwarded to letter to Kris at TMT Motors and he said he'd deal with the applications and sort everything asap.
Fast forward 12 torturous months, dozens of calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and two failed NOVA applications later (because they were completed by TMT Motors incorrectly), and I took matters into my own hands. I employed a solicitor to complete the forms and jump through the hoops with NOVA and the DVLA. Now nearly 16 months after buying a £175,000 car I finally have a V5C and can take the car out of storage and drive it on the road. The car has no doubt lost over £40,000 since I bought it and I'm absolutely furious.
TMT treat their customers with utter contempt, and Baqua who I believe is the owner hasn't communicated with me once with an apology or any offer of compensation. I asked to speak to him on several occasions about returning the car and was fobbed off. Customer service doesn't get any worse and I'd urge anyone reading to avoid TMT Motors at all costs.
As a side note, I believe the whole 'export then bring back into the country' thing to be a VAT dodge and am in the process of reporting to HMRC.
